Oh shit, I was wondering why my throws have been getting stifled by my training partners.

This is the 2nd video, i tried many times before and i reckon invented knee drop ippon seoi nage without knowing it was exist😂😂. This video is helpfull cuz the 1st video I watched didn't mention it
I haven’t gotten this far yet, but it looks scary being the ukemi here. 😅 do you breakfall the same way as if you were the ukemi in a drop seoi nage, chin tucked and slamming the hand to the mat?

You’ve probably gotten to the point where you are doing this, especially because it’s like a month old 😅 but yeah you just break the fall. Usually if you feel a mild pain after being thrown along the side of your chest, it’s because they didn’t hold you up after throwing you. Make sure to practice your break falls thoroughly! Even though it’s a month old 😂
Good tip for getting used to throwing it in randori, but if you have a decent opponent he will force two hands on you in kumikata This is still a good technique to surprise your opponent if you are really fast
@ironfaithwrestling yes. you dont spell the japanese e as i you spell it kinda like you would spell english eh, nageh. also seoi is not like sei/say its seh-oh-i. you have to say it fully or its a completely different thing
Great ippon tip, thank you 🙏

First thing I thought about 😂😂
This is a great tip. John Danaher talked about "2 grips on them, no grip on us" theory and this has changed my judo game tremendously
Thank you very much 😊
