Banger drill. Beautifully demoed and broken down.
Great video, great techniques! Thanks for that one. Her kicks are 🔥
Nice form and balance on this fighter
One of the best instructional videos I have seen And her kick is very good
Finally people that can kick without dropping their hand on the same side as they kick !!!!! She had a great coach...
Love the drills. Great kicks too!
You are very good as a coach and the lady as a fighter. Beautiful thank you
Nice, Nadia is sharp! Thank you!
Amazing techniques!
What a great instructional!
Excelente maestro 👏
Awesome drill!
DAMN GOOD DRILLS! Thank You Coach Fitzgibbons!
Love the cowbell reference! I'll tell you what, I couldn't agree more about the left kick. Especially anytime you can touch a liver, you can change a life.
Very nice instruction.
Love it!
Yes that was great
I love switch kick to cross in pressure fighting
That was great
wow. game changer
Thanks.
I went to that gym before, but I was in the corner drilling by myself because I didn’t have a partner, felt awkward so I never went back, but kirian is a dope coach
Ill drill with you bud ;)
So it was your first time, and no one assisted you, or showed you around etc...????
@@closeredge5198 ya I signed up, but then I went to the muay thia class, I told coach I don’t have a partner, so he said go on the bag
@@ChefIsaac925 Where I train, we have a 'work in ' policy for odd numbers...every place is different I guess, but if you feel like you're not getting what you need, especially as a beginner, there's always another place to learn
@@closeredge5198 that’s a great policy! Thanks bro!
alright a left kick fan I like this guy
Hi year beautiful technique, I love this combinaison. Good job. Je vous souhaite bonne continuation I 'm from polynesian french in Tahiti.' 👍
Beautiful technique and a great way to land a devastating liver kick!
hey, this guy promotes murder!
Those legs are powerful
Great tutorial. One thing to add would be how those kicks score highly, at least under (real) Muay Thai rule sets and scoring, on the open side (body) of an orthodox fighter. Another point to be emphasized would be that in order to land the left switch kick, it needs to be set up. As soon as you switch, most fighters will see that coming from a mile away and act accordingly to neutralize it. As such, the switch needs to be concealed behind something - like the combos demonstrated toward the end of this tutorial. They can be hard shots, throw away shots, stiff arms...anything to distract from the switch left kick that you want to land.
Very smart and impressive comment you must know a lot what kind of martial art do you do yourself shame you are not in Scotland would be good to train with someone with so much fighting knowledge
Nadia Chmil!!!!
Solid
Her footwork is great with good distancing
Beautiful
That girl has a beautiful technique, sharp!
Damn thats beautiful technique.
these kick are Naasty!!
Holy moly she is good. Beautiful to Watch!
I love how confused she is by the SNL Cowbell skit reference he makes.
The only kick that was missing was the no step kick, where you fire off your kick quickly, without moving your feet at all first. Doesn't have the same power but it's difficult to see and if it lands on the chin or liver, it's good night Irene. Other than that awesome video.
I use that kick in sparring to catch the inside thigh on the lead leg, its effective 👍
I'm just surprised how Nadia didn't hit coach in the face this time!
Being a southpaw is a blessing
It has its disadvantages and advantages... one major disadvantage is that southpaw stance doesn't protect the liver as well
@@buggaboo2707 It protects the liver better since thats your closed side in southpaw. One of the biggest advantages of being southpaw vs orthodox is that now their liver is open to your left side attacks and yours is protected from theirs. Much more awkward to left kick a southpaw from orthodox.
@@h4rdboiled695 "From their open side attacks"... but easier to hit with straight strikes like teep and body punches... it's just different... Really the main advantage is people don't tend to practice against south paw opponents because of scarcity alone
@@buggaboo2707 Definitely harder to hit the body on the closed side with straight punches or kicks regrdless of stance, youre just getting arm or hip etc.
@@h4rdboiled695 Nonsense
She's good, is she a professional fighter?
*Lead kick
Very good drill!
