Great, thank you all for watching my video. Please click subscribe to the channel .
Thanks
I just wanted to point out something i have not seen anyone comment on. There is as much work put into the video as the Dam. Although the footage is deceptively simple, with no flashy intros or music, it is very carefully edited. It never shows him grabbing for a brick or mixing cement or walking around. Footage is carefully edited to just cut straight to the good stuff, laying down the construction. It may not be fancy but there is effort put into this.
I do blacksmithing videos on my rumble channel and I edit all my own videos. It's insane how much work has to go into doing this. My editing sometimes takes up to 5 or 6 hours and the video only ends up being 12 minutes long, or so. Thanks for recognizing the work it takes to entertain lol
I love how the dam's walkway is the perfect size for puppy dogs.
Thanks for your support ❤❤❤❤👍
At this rate this man's gonna be building a new Hoover Dam in a year or two. By hand. By himself. Mad lad.
Thanks for your support ❤❤❤
i think that this guy alone has built many dams and i t looks like they are all still useable and stand strong across the city or village and probably power tons of houses without access to such so im very happy that people like him exist
Thank you ❤❤❤
You can tell by the wiring that these aren't really meant to make all that much electricity. Just a hobby project.
0:50 I love how those two bricks stack.

As you know, i watch all your vids. But when building this particular turbine, i had no idea where you were going with it. Another great project!

Aprendí mucho con este video, felicidades al maestro...

These videos are relaxing, constructive.

Brother, why don't you use this dam and generator to run the load of your house?
nice video super mini hydroelectric plant :D
Thanks for your support 😊❤❤❤
I'm very curious about the Cement mixture and whether it will hold up with time. There doesnt seem to be much if any aggregate in it for stability in it.
Very impressive
Thanks for your support ❤❤❤❤👍
I see you have a maintenance puppy doing PM inspections :P
Es precioso ver como hace la presa, y cuando la pone a funcionar ya es lo más. Un subscristor más que te seguiré siempre. 🫂👍🏻

How much does this generator cost? 3 sq. Indian Rupees. Mother.
3kw
60W
Brother, why don't you use these dams and generators to run the load of your house? You will get free electricity.
@@Natureandtimelapse Doesn't generate nearly enough. He says it only makes about 60W, and they're probably too far from his house for that to be feasible.
WELL DONE!!! Well done! yes, Yes. YES! This is what I'm talking about!! You can still continue to refine your designs to be even more efficient. Just remember, no matter how good something is, it could always get/be better. So it's not about achieving perfection. It's about achieving the performance you demand. Continue refining your designs to be more efficient, but, more importantly: the taller you can get your dams will generate a higher water level behind the dam which allows for more water pressure to work with depending on the load/power you want to generate. The problem with a taller dam is you have to find the two tallest parts of land on either side of the water flow and build as high up to those peaks as is worth it, in terms of safety, people/time, materials, money, effort, and if help is needed the logistics of food/water, etc. But mainly, just these two points: build taller, and the taller it is built the stronger it needs to be built. EDIT: One easy design change might be to place the impeller horizontally, (you have them oriented vertically in the video) so that water falls out of the bottom instead of the side. EDIT #2: It may also be a good idea to install a net over the body of water created by the dam if it's not too big for a net in order to prevent anyone from drowning. It wouldn't have to be an expensive net, just something strong enough a person could pull themselves out of the water with it. You could also put up fences. EDIT #3: Also, it's not just about having a very tall body of water, it's about the difference between the top and the bottom. Even if the dam you build is hundreds of feet away from the impeller/generators the body of water you use doesn't actually need to be very high - you could use a river as-is if it's higher than the dams you're building, and simply route that water through tubes to the bottom of your land where the impeller/generators are receiving that water. That means you technically don't need a dam at all or to raise the height of a body of water, you simply need to route the water from the highest point to the lowest point. Depending on the land and how the community laws/jurisdiction (particularly how land rights are agreed upon) is organized a dam may or may not be the best option.
Hello, where do you come from? Thank you very much for your very useful comments. You have a lot of good ideas, you must be an engineer in this field

I cant even put up a shelf without it coming down and this guy just builds dams for fun, great work. Only thing id suggest is use a guard on that disc cutter. It only takes one time for it too break and potentially kill or blind you.

How long do your builds typically last? Also, what sort of numbers are the electric output of this example?

Absolutely fantastic, you are a construction genius. It's almost a shame that you were not responsible for the Three Gorges Dam, it would probably last longer than that monstrosity is going to. I can only ask one thing, you make these beautiful dam's but it would be nice to know what voltage they put out and would they power a house?

Nádherná a precizní práce. Mám rád váš kanál a moc za něj děkuji. Doufám, že takových staveb bude ještě hodně
More and more elaborate and amazing. Soon you will be providing power to small villages. I am certain of this.
Thanks for your support 😊❤❤❤
But the local authority esp the power provider may not be happy about this, eventually they'll employ this guy to work for them, that's the end of creativity for him 😂😂😢
@@sydkibweterer2719 Nah , I don't think the power provider would care in what he produces with this set up. Doesn't even equate to a small/mid size generator. The people that would care are the water rights overseers. And what his acre ft per year or season would amount to for his water diversion share . And definitely not enough to invest in the structural engineering it would take to last years of use to replace at least some significant share of his electrical use. Which is why he builds it to only last a short while , for the video value of it . And then is easier to dismantle for the next one , and make for some useful riprap in other areas of his canal system when bricks cannot be reused and mortar refuse. At least that is my observation of his form of artwork ;)

Could watch that all day long
Thanks for your support❤❤❤
There's a big giveaway that he is not a hydro/civil engineer: if you look closely you can see that he actually built something 😎
I have a question about your dams. How long do they last in continuous use? and are there differences in durability compared to 230v and 12v?

@@Tran-Chien ....really?
Ultimately it doesn't matter, these are probably being built for fun and science. They don't need to stand up long term, and if they collapse, the river goes back to its natural state.

Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️😊
Where does the water come from after he's done building the damn? The ravines where he builds them are bone dry but suddenly after it is built, the water comes.
I'm guessing there's a proper small dam upstream since this is his farm and this is his irrigation ditch (from what I've gathered watching his videos) Ngl if I had infrastructure like this I'd probably be doing the same as him lol, this looks fun
It's either what the other commenter said, or he does these in advance of forecasted rainwaters that bring the river's natural water levels up, since these are naturally occurring streams.
