I would buy this kit for the spudger tool alone! And this '2 pack' comes with two complete pre-assembled kits, including TWO frames. Most other kits come with only one frame and instructions for how to attach the loose screen.
One pro-tip: The 'big bubble' was actually not under the screen protector, it was under the top film of the tempered glass... as soon as I removed that strip, all the bubbles except one disappeared. It's a snap. Link below:

Cool video, but you were basically trying to remove bubbles between the plastic film and the tempered glass; try doing this in a more lit environment or under a table lamp, helps make the dust on the screen, if any, more visible
Yes you're 100% right. Only that one tiny bubble in the center was actually under the tempered glass. All the rest, including that big one were under the plastic film. I'm not even sure how they could have gotten in there. Doing it under better lighting (and if I were wearing my glasses) would definitely have helped!
