  • These guys speak Uzbek. It looks like the video was filmed in Uzbekistan. The green thing in the bottle is a detergent, like Fairy, only cheap. It is added to the machine to make foam. Next, gypsum is mixed in a barrel, quite a bit of cement, water, and foam from the machine. Then it is poured into a mold, and the gypsum quickly hardens. It turns out the foam block. Then they dry it in the open air

    • Я скажу. Проще это очень простая технология. Из тех, которые существуют, где нужно добавлять алюминий и друг, и другую пудру, чтобы получить пену. А здесь, пожалуйста, просто пена. А мы живём во времена разнообразных присадок. Не химических. Добавляй хоть крошку. Пенопласта добавляй вещества. Гидрофобного свойства. Которые не дают разрушаться. И самое главное, что это все смешивается внутри, как цельный композитный блок. Ребята, молодцы. Никаких сложных соединений нету. Как при производстве. Никакой нету. Окислители. Не алюминиевой пудры ни другой кислоты. ! А гидрофобы современные, они так же не содержат опасных веществ.

    • Exactamente , no necesita agua caliente la espuma se forma igualmente , pero no les veo resistencia y además no deben usar aceite quemado porque no adhiere el revoque , lo ideal es arena , cemento y un poco de yeso para acelerar el fraguado y como desmoldante usar jabón blanco diluido en agua

    • It appears that these blocks are aerated concrete, or aircrete. They are not water resistant as they come out. They need to be sealed when they're fully cured, usually after 28 days or more if you want them water resistant. We plan to seal ours with Latex-crete, which is a mixture of concrete and latex paint.

    • Due to the video, around 300 to 350 kg/m3. It is so liquid… don’t mix gypsum, better mix fine-sand, it will be indeed much more stronger. For building you can use 700 to 850 kg/m3 BUT with fine-sand and fiber

  • hola, están hechos con yeso ?? solo le vi que puso 2 tarros de posible cemento en un zaco de unos 30 kilos de parecido al yeso y espuma ,pudo liquido , salir les salen muy lindos " pero al ser de yeso para las paredes exteriores no sirve "o si ??? lo arruina la lluvia

He investigado algo sobre el cemento celular, los costos del yeso ( aquí en Venezuela) es el doble del precio del cemento, la mejor de todas las mezclas que he conseguido en relación precio, tiempos de fraguado y resistencia final es esta: 1 parte de yeso, 1 parte de cemento y 0,70 de arena. Cuando puedas lo pruebas. Te felicito por el vídeo

  • from what I've heard, letting them dry in the sun reduces their strength. Better to keep them moist as long as possible. I know, I know. Strength isn't the most important quality when it comes to foam blocks. Strength helps, though.
