Experiencing same problem and it's stressing me out, loads comes out wet and I have to put on spin n drain again. The key lock also refuses to open n it take time
I always enjoy a washing machine review and I must say you are very good at covering all the basics,so thanks for sharing. I probably wouldn't choose this particular model though as I do like the time left indicator on a washer. My own washer isn't that old but I do like the look of the Hoover H-wash 300. That might be my next one in the future. Well presented as always.

So an inverter motor on a washing machine implies it is direct drive (motor attached to the drum), or it has a belt drive also?
Hello thanks for the video. I have a similar wash and dryer on hand, the model is BDE861…XWUKN, may I enquire about how to use the dryer, I usually divide the garment into 2 groups to dry, and put 1 group into the drum, but I don’t know how to continue the settings of how to dry. How about let me write down what I have done: 1) I move the button to cycle 14, 2) I push once the button of the sun and I can see 30 on the screen. And then I don’t know how to continue, I usually wash 5-6 kgs clothes, and I will divide into 2 groups of garments to dry, and dry for 1 hr 30 mins for each group of garments, am I correct for the first 2 steps, would you kindly help to teach me how to continue the following steps? Thank you so much for your assistance.

I played this video to see if you think Indesit is a good brand since I just bought an Indesit fridge. Turned out I have this exact same looking* washing machine rebranded as the Whirlpool 7122S (7kg 1200rpm). The only downside is the lack of the timer. I still don't know if I should've gotten the 8 kg one that has the timer and costs 60 euros more...
Is it normal for sound to start before the water, like a dragging sound?
I have added clothes to Indesit washer-drier, insert Ariel gel in container 2, selected option 13, which is Wash&Dry 45’. Selected the dry option to cupboard stack. It just started to spin, neither water is loading up nor the detergent gel has not taken from the container. Why is it that water is not loading into it and it keeps spinning in this option? Any suggestions?

On the whole I would recommend using a high temperature wash on its own to clean the machine
if you run the 20 min program, then run the 1400 spin afterwards its only another 3 to 4 mins to get your clothes much drier.
Thank you for this. I have same model but it is not able to switch directly from wash to rinse. When it reaches that stage, all lights would be blinking until I switch the power off or the machine goes off itself. I have to put it on to turn it on either rinse and spin or spin and drain. When I put it on rinse and spin, it only fill the drum and doesn't drain nor spin. I'd have to turn it off and on to turn it to spin and drain before the washing gets done. I've tried 3 programs and experienced that on three occasions.
As its towards the end of the program, there may be an issue with it emptying the water. If you can try and have a look to see if the waste pipe is blocked in the plumbing. Sometimes machines will not empty properly if there is a blockage.
@@lords-electricalthank you and yes, towards the end. My confusion is, it does empty the drum when put on spin and drain directly. I have checked the pump filter and the outlet hose but there's no chocking.

What detergent to use instructions use mainly liquid can you use powder when liquid specified will be useing liquid pods triple type but have powder to use up
You can use powder if you want in the soap drawer but i would normally recommend using liquid if the instructions are recommending that once the powder has been used up.
How to instantly dry? Like i will just fold it after?
I have the exact same one but have a problem now all the lights flashing whilst full of water during a wash I can’t select or do anything to the button? Please help? Thanks

I have recently purchased the integrated 7kg one, there is always some washing powder left in the compartment at the end?? 🤷🏻♀️& I am only putting a scoop in. Any ideas??
Couple of things it could be. First of all you could be putting too much powder in. Modern machines don't need as much powder as they used to. Secondly try turning up your water supply to the machine a little bit. If the water pressure is too low, then you could find it is not sending as much water into the machine as is needed.

Using the same machine for the first time on setting 1 without any laundry in and it keeps beeping and the wash light and 30 degree light keeps flashing. Any idea what is causing this
Not too sure, but i would try and put some clothes or towels in to do a proper wash and stick it on a 40 degree cotton program. This way at least it will be tested under proper washing conditions.
How do you get it to do a 1400 spin? Mine wont, stays on either 800 or 1000.
It will normally depend on which program you are selecting. Not all of the programs will go up to 1400rpm. If you select the cotton program, then you will be able to spin at 1400rpm
select program 16 then press start.
What is the mixed option for please? And at what temp and spin?
This is a program designed for mixtures of cottons and synthetics to be washed at 40 degrees. Normally the spin is 1400 max but on some machines it is reduced to 1200 rpm.
What is the lock option red light indicate?
The lock option is normally the child lock on the machine. This stops the machine from changing programmes or options during the duration of the wash. Must admit I am not too sure how to release it but it is normally a press of a button for a couple of seconds
its to stop children from pressing the buttons and changing the settings if you dont select the lock key button it will unlock the door quicker at the end of a cycle, whereas most machines take around 60 seconds to unlock the door.@@lords-electrical
I’m sure this is the same machine that I have as we were given this an a exchange for a recalled machine, and I am not happy with this new machine. The fastest wash you can do at 40deg or above is about 2hr 50mins long. The short 45min wash only runs at 30deg so if you have towels for example and want to wash hot then there is no quick cycle.
The mixed wash might be the most convenient (59 minutes), which runs at max 40 degrees. I'm surprised it doesn't have a higher spin though.
use a cool short wash and add Detol sterilising wash fluid to the wash. most modern day washing powders/fluids are rated at washing at 20 to 30 degrees why not save time and electricity and use an addative to sterilise towels?
Have been trying to drain and spin water out of my washing machine..but not draining out...what can I do
It sounds like there may be a blockage within the waste hose or waste outlet? It can be a common problem on a lot of washing machines where the waste gets blocked and the water cannot be pumped out
if you have lowered the drain hose on the back of the machine this can also cause problems it warns about this in the instructions.

How do you do a self clean?
On most machines I would just put it on a 90 degree program without any clothes in to do a cleaning wash.
Which side does the powder go in? Nobody ever tells us this!
In the drawer, main wash detergent on the right, prewash at the back and conditioner front left.
@@lords-electrical This is very helpful - it took me a while to work out, with frantic searching for online instructions, as it's the opposite way round to my previous washer dryer.
can you cancel a cycle in mid wash?
You can do on most washing machines but it's not really recommended. You would need to drain the water from the wash and start the whole program again which is not very energy efficient

How do u just dry the clothes?
This is a washing machine, it doesn't have a drying facility on it. If you have a washer dryer, then there should be an option for drying only if you need to.
My machine is all connected and it keeps beeping and not washing, any help?
Always difficult to know without being there, but it sounds like the water is not switched on as an initial thought? Is it taking water in to the program?

No this is just a washing machine, so doesn't have a drying functionality

well you do what normal people would do if you bought it brand new, contact the seller or the manufacturer surely it has a 12 month guarentee on it?
worse washing machine i have ever had. takes 2 hours or more for the non eco programmes I only use 5 or the 45 min blue. any thing else you can only do one load a day as it takes too long and you miss your hanging out time. i was sent this as my other hot point recalled. worse decision ever. can’t wait to get rid.
i agree next time id choose my own i now get up when hyubby gets up to put it on

For Halloween you should put a brick in a washing machine on full speed spin just presented in the same style as this. Nobody would expect you to do that and would think you had lost your mind. It would me me laugh and that's all that matters....

or program 14 these programs have low spin speeds, so when they have finished washing select program 16 and press start the machine will them spin at maximum speed for 3 mins be patient it takes about a minute to start the spin cycle.@@suzannewebb7913

Why only cold water
Most washing machines fill with cold water only. It can be more coat effective just heating the water required for the wash than pre heating it through your boiler or hot water tank first
because modern washing powders and liquids are designed to wash at lower temperatures to save power and reportedly to save the planet.

This is the shittest washing machine I have ever been burdened with. Currently writing as I await my supposed 3 hr cycle to finish, only for it still to be running 6 hours later. My next KZhead search will be smashing this pile of shit machine up with a golf club.

so why not do a 30 min wash and when the wash program ends set the program dial to number 16 and do a 3 minute 1400 spin, there you will have saved a lot of time and if you want to sterilise towels add detol sterilising wash fluid to the same wash cycle, you dont have to wash at high temps unless your washing very oily or very dirty clothes, even the duvet cycle is at 30 degrees C@@mayjailerxx

select program No 5 a 30 min cycle, it will spin at only 800 rpm, when the wash finishes select program 16 and it will spin for 3 mins at 1400 rpm.
Very complicated machine, mine won’t rinse & spin unless I move the dial myself to spin . No filter blockage or tube blockage I’ve checked. It’s only 4 month old.
That's disappointing to hear i would contact Indesit to get them to have a look at it while it is under warranty

How is a machine that runs 3 hour cycles eco? 😂
because it has a 20 min wash cycle at 20 degrees and a 30 min wash cycle at 30 degrees cycles that you can choose from, it also has an energy efficient inverter motor that remains at a constant speed instead of delivering a variable speed like the old fashioned motors, the cost savings are around 36% with an inverter motor. if you choose a 30 min wash cycle it will only spin at 800 rpm then when that cycle finishes select program 16 and press start the machine will spin your clothes at the higest spin speed in this case 1400 rpm for 3 mins, this is most efficient wash an spin cycle.
