Honestly the biggest issue is that the clubbing Darius did to Wolverine's left eye should have been taken into consideration. If not for that, the match would have probably kept going. I think if there's ever a rematch, they should make the rules a bit stricter so nobody's gaining an unfair advantage by breaking the rules.

I think it would be best if each round had an automatic 10 seconds but if you passed that you dip into, let's say a 5 minute time pool you have for the whole match, so that the matches don't drag the way Darius made it drag on.

I like it. Except 1 or 2 seconds seems kind of light. I’d say start at 10 seconds and go up from there beginning round 11. Reason being you could easily get tagged with the perfect slap round 1 and not be able to recover in 1 second.

Darius took 60 seconds after he got slapped, giving wolverine 60 seconds of break before he took the slap. Where the difference would come in is composure. Wolverine slapping imidiately after getting slapped himself probably decreased the chance of a quality slap a few times due to him being a bit spun.

He needs to hone his skills a bit. He sometimes talked too much and needs to dial down the jokes a bit, and sometimes his timing seems a bit off. But these are minor imperfections - for his very first gig he did amazingly well.

yea i noticed Darius using his Heel of his hand....while Wolverine was actually slapping...and Darius was kinda flinching alot...in the slo mo!!💯👋😩 i dunno!

The one where Darius winced he definitely flinched too, and it almost seemed like he put on a pained face to sell it like it didn't affect the slap even though the sound from the slap was pretty weak.

How is taking long breaks cheating. It's allowed therefor not cheating. And same for the clubbing, if they thought it was a big enough deal they could've just Dq'd but they didn't so...There is that, it obviously wasn't bad enough and the breaks mean BOTH OF THEM got to rest. If Wolverine didn't rest during the break that's his fault for being straight braindead.

@@CrustedPork ur just like Charlie, what’s with the bias, besides the clubbing Darius played a fair match considering the rules but it’s just lame they couldn’t go back and forth bc Darius had to wait for the pain to go away.

@@CrustedPork ..to subdue the pain. Letting it sit for 10 or so minutes so it doesn’t hurt as much when he gets hit again.

@@CrustedPork You are completely right that it's not cheating. He's using his extra weight to cushion the blow and the time to subside the pain. It's just frustrating seeing such a skilled and determined slapper go down and then Darius made himself the villain by calling wolverine undertrained and saying he didn't put as much heart in the game. He woulda earned himself a lot more goodwill if he had just complimented his opponents tenacity at the end there.

Kinda made me mad how Darius was just hanging out as long as possible after every slap but when wolverine took some time the last few rounds you could tell it was because he was begging the grim reaper to give him one last chance. If it was rapid fire the entire time it would have been much shorter and much closer

@E.N.A Its the principle of the thing. Wolverine never once stepped back from the barrel until it was absolutely necessary, meanwhile Darius was taking his full break after every single slap. I can't fault him for taking the tactical approach, but the honorable thing to do would have been to stay at the barrel with Wolverine. Hell, he even did exactly that at one point but backed out when he realized he didn't have the endurance for it.

@E.N.A Wolverine was desperately clinging to every second so I didnt mind him taking a minute or two to recover. Darius just seemed to be stalling or something lol it disrupted the flow of the match

Taking a break was part of the rules, shoot id be taking a break too if i was getting those slaps by Wolverine
