【DIY】格安レーザーを改造。ラインレーザー変換モジュールを作ってみた～How to make Line laser module

引き出しからドットレーザーが出てきたのでラインレーザーに変換するモジュールを作ってみました。
作り方はブログでも紹介しています。

ドリルスタンドのガイドレーザーに使ったり、丸鋸に取り付けても面白そうです。
ラインの幅はピントを調整すれば0.3mm位の幅になります。
ただし、1mWのレーザー出力なので屋外だとほとんど見えないと思います。
室内なら問題ありません。
また、木工程度なら問題ないのですが、精度は期待しないほうが良いです。
純粋にラインレーザーが欲しいだけなら市販品を購入したほうが良いとおもいます。
2000円～3000円ほどで手に入るみたいなので。。。。
何個も作るなら自作した方が圧倒的に安上がりです。

  • great project! suggestion: use the drill stand for starting the tap. Chuck the tap in the drill. no power, just the weight of the drill, twist with your fingers. Keeps the threads "square" to the work

  • コレ凄過ぎです。ロボットのティーチングに今までは投影型のマーカー使っておりましたが中々中心を出しづらく、結構時間掛かってました。買うと高いので渋々使ってましたが…。このラインレーザーは小型な上角度まで調整出来るなんて!!安価な上に汎用性抜群じゃないですか! ありがとうございました。

    • ありがとうございます。 一点だけ、レンズとレーザーの軸がズレるとラインが直線じゃなくて円弧状に曲がってしまうので注意してラインを見てください。 次の動画で補正方法を紹介するつもりですが・・・ロボットを作るくらいなら多分自己流で解決できると思います。。。

  • Profesor drago, gracias por responder, mire ya lo intente, pero el tamaño es muy grande para mi herramienta, probé con uno pequeño pero es de batería de reloj, usa 3, no hencuentro como sustituirlas por un alimentador ya sea de batería AA o eliminador de corriente, he probado y se vuela el láser, se quema, a que amperaje alimenta cada pila? usted sabrá? Cuanto amperaje nesecito si son 3 pilas? gracias profe

  • 普通のレーザーポインターの先端に、テープで幅１ミリのスリット（細窓）を作り ビームの断面を丸から線状に変換して、直径６ミリ位のマドラーで試したところ、 意外にシャープなラインレーザーになりました。少し明るさが落ちますが使えそうです。 大変参考になりました。ありがとうございました！

    • jisaku-koubou.com/archives/3582 ここで、一応紹介していますが、部品は工業用のものを工具商から取り寄せているので一般的に手に入らないものを使っています。 作る際も、フライスで精密加工が必要なので一般向けではありません。 今、簡単で精度の高いボール盤風の冶具を設計中なので、そのうちyoutubeで公開します。 それまでお待ちください・・・

  • Good idea! I like it ) - - Aliexpress sells rear bicycle lights with laser gauge indicators. In the middle there are 2 lasers with linear beams. And it's cheap))

  • Why not tap with your drill jig? It should be more perpendicular than doing it by hand. Maybe build a speed controller for the drill if you want to slow it down for tapping. Nice build!

  • アップロードしていただいた動画を見ています。どれも治具が丁寧に作られていて制作物の品質も高いものに感じます。 この動画で仕様されている電動ドリルを垂直に降ろす機械はどのように作られましたか。 市販されているものだとあまり正確には垂直に降りないため、使い勝手が素手以下の現状があり困っています。

  • ラインの太さを太くするのは可能でしょうか？職場の置場ラインをレーザーでマーカーしたいのですが一般の用途と違うため100ミリくらい太いラインが出せるレーザーを探してましたらこちらがヒットして拝見させていただきました。

  • Always thought Japan would be way more expensive....I wouldnt be able to get any type of Laser for 580 Yen. It would be more lke 5800 Yen here

    • そうです。 余り使い勝手が良いものではありませんが、鉄板に吸着させて使う事を想定したドリルになります。 そのうち、改良型をyoutubeで公開します。
