Training Without Conflict® Podcast Episode Thirty Seven: David Garcia Suarez
Training Without Conflict® Podcast Episode Thirty Seven: David Garcia Suarez
Recently I invited David Garcia Suarez from Spain to judge our club trial so we could get critiqued first hand by one the most respected IGP judges at the moment.
David has judged many National Championships, as well as World Championships including FMBB which he will once again judge this month in Italy.
The conversation gives a glimpse of how he evaluates IGP performance and what the rule book expects from the handler, how emotional state(s) are evaluated as well.
We also talk about the current pressure the sport is under in Europe, the demands of the force free advocates and much more.
Ivan Balabanov is a 2-time World Champion dog trainer, Ot Vitosha Malinois breeder, trainer of Premier Protection Dogs and founder of the revolutionary Training Without Conflict® dog training system.

Another great podcast. thank you ivan. i would love a podcast of you talking about the history of your breeding program with lots of stories abd photos
So much value in this podcast. Really enjoyed this one!! Thank you
He seems like a great ambassador to IGP and just a gentleman in general. Great talk!!
Great discussion, David Garcia Suarez explains things very well with a very calm and patient way. He explains the purpose of IGP training in a very clear and concise way. Functional adaptability, social dominance, and natural harmony with the handler, these concepts are easily ignored in training!
Are we still trying to get Zacky boy on here?
1st to comment ! Laughing out loud about the vegetarian dogs 😅😂😂😂😂😂
True story
Almost as good as a vegetarian shark or vegetarian lion
Your right, sadly in Germany we have strong politics in dog sport☹️
That is so sad about the dogs
Which part
Also about the part in Spain they don't want them having tools
