This movie is basically when someone ask Disney themselves aka example Disney tell my your an idiot without telling me your an idiot
they had a 2 good sub plots. place swapping (and power swapping would have stepped it up a LOT) and your hero isnt your idealized fantasy in your head. both are solved instantly and easily. the easy solution at the end was just another lame example of OP boss girl can do anything without trying and they somehow think its awesome / clever / stunning / brave / etc. its not. the writers SUCK

Overall its just not a great movie. I went and saw it last monday and the Xmen scene was probably the most exciting part. Aside from the fact that Beast was completely CGI and looked like shit.

This movie was directed by a woman and made to appeal to women. There are tons of feminine focuses that are atypical of a good superhero movie. Many of the guys in the film were unimportant or comical relief. The women had to always be seen as power& beautiful which is why no one got hurt in the fight scenes. The villain exploded by mistake so the heros didn’t have to be mistaken for anti-heros. There was a fricken musical dance scene randomly thrown in!!!! Not a guy movie, not guy approved
I think this movie wasn't good for anybody. I don't believe it was made for just women at all and even if it was it failed at that. I feel the first wonder women movie is a perfect representation of how women should be written. But the marvels is just a bad movie in general

What happened is that they know only a very specific way of making movies. And the same shtick gets old real quick. That's why they're bombing hard. Their writing was never great, they just hyped up stuff very well and now, no one cares what they have to offer.
I do agree that they do write things a specific way. However the infinity saga did have a great overall narrative. Sure not perfect but still a great and iconic narrative. They need to write different stories now that really Change up the mcu due to where we are headed. But i definitely see where this could head to.
@@ITSYABOIT No doubt. The two Infinity movies were when they changed up their style. And that's why everything else failed after that. They built up the tempo, the stakes were high, aaaaand they went back to not giving a crap about it and making the movies they were making 8 years ago.
