Hey guys!
I made a super easy drill guide with a magnetic mount.
It can be used as a portable drill guide that's actually plumb and an instant drill stand by attaching it to a block of steel.
Download the plan from the following URL!
jisaku-koubou.com/downloads/m...
【Plan List】

DIY jigs I've used in the video:
Panel Saw
• Making a 2-in-1 Circul...
Drill Stand
• Making a 6 in 1 Drill ...

Thank you for your efforts.

  • This is so awesome. The workmanship is so educational. ... The idea to use a "Table Drill Spindle High Accuracy Unpowered Spindle Assembly for Table Drill DIY" is super cool. This would be extra fly if on a X Y table mount so you could lock in the start and drill multiple hole at one time. This is so cool it is giving me head aches.

  • Great video thanks! beautiful precision in this and your other projects. In the process of building one of these myself based on this, with the addition of an expansion spring so the chuck assembly is suspended clear of the workpiece when no pressure applied. Also a 'shaft collar' fitted to one of the rails can be used as an adjustable depth stop. As some others have mentioned parts are a little tricky to find but I eventually managed to track down 'linear motion bearings' and a 'drill spindle assembly', aluminium plate can be bought cut to size and stainless rod is widely available for the rails.
