just installed mine! pretty great but one annoying thing is i can’t view any videos that aren’t downloaded unless the camera is connected. do you know if there’s any way to change that?
Unfortunately the phone has to be connected via wifi to the Camera to see the videos. Your other option is to take the SD card when the camera is off to view the videos on a P.C.

You should be able to see the camera on if the hardwire was giving the dashcam enough power. You can always try using a powerbank to test it out.
Does it record automatically on loop without turning on the wifi and app? Yknow, just with the sd card….
Yes, it records directly to the SD card. You can view the recording from your cellphone. You can also set the loop time. (1 to 5 min loops)

I just got mine. I was able to connect it the first time but the next day I tried and the name isn’t showing up on the Wi-Fi to connect
