Hello, this is este ASMR 😪
Today I had a special full body massage, Hawaiian therapy. Yay~~ The warmth created by the oil and hands really helped me achieve deep relaxation and sleep. Of course, I think it will help with skin care as well.
It was a gentle massage because a lot of oil was used and the pressure was relatively weak.
In fact, I received a Japanese massage called Shiatsu massage along with this Hawaiian therapy.
So it was a therapy that had a really good balance of strength and weakness. :)
