How did you find your radius
Google how to find the radius of a circle using the chord length and arc height. Vcalc has a calculator and the formula.

Yes. Developed length is 1.57xR and will be the distance between first and last kick. Then in order to deal with the bender shoe he makes total segments length aprox 10% longer. 1.57xRx1.10=1.73xR, rounded up to 1.75xR. Got answer?
Developed length is RadiusX1.57
How did you find the radius
Radius ×1.57÷ degree of bend
1.57 instead of 1.75
Yup or pi/2. Circle Arc Length with the Radius and Central Angle = Angle * Radius (where the angle is in radians). radians = angle(deg) / 360 *2*pi
Half of pi isn’t 1.75 . Half of pie is 1.57
