But I have to remember why I switched to primarily apparel. I love creating the designs and seeing what I could come up with. At the very least, I could make myself some shirts with them or give them to friends and family 🙂

My business and content creation is my full time job! Because my business is about a year and a half old, I still don’t know the trends of when business is slow and when it picks up. Every month my income is different so it would be a little risky to rely solely on my business for my income right now. But my business + content creation provides multiple streams of income and is definitely enough to live off of!

How do you handle a customer who would complain that their glass cup was shattered when they received it? Refund or free replacement?
My policy allows customers to contact me within two days if anything is wrong with their order, and if a glass arrives shattered I have the customer send me a picture to confirm. Although it’s not technically my responsibility, I do always replace the cups!
