  • You are the only person I've ever seen who puts the tshirt neck at the front of the press, I've never understood why anyone would put it at the back. All the work happens at the neck. All it took was burning my knuckle once as well as all the heat right above my hands and arms. Ever since my 3rd shirt, I have turned the neck to the front. Enjoyed your video....thx.

    @Pmason718@Pmason7182 жыл бұрын
    • Hey Pmason718! With the equipment you have, there's several ways to print your custom tags. 1. Turn the shirt inside out on your full-size 16 x 20 platen with your Fusion. 2. Use the 6 x 10 platen on the fusion and then loop the collar around it so you can print the inside tag area. (probably the quickest and easiest method) 3. Use your fusion IQ 360 and loop the collar around the platen. This may restrict the printing area, as you should stay within 2-2.5" high on your graphic to maintain firm pressure across the entire area.

    • We are using screen printed transfer here, which use plastisol inks (the same inks used for apparel printing for the past 60 years). Screen printed transfers like our Goof Proof Transfers ( www.transferexpress.com/heat-applied-transfers/goof-proof-screen-printed-transfers ) apply to cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends on any color fabric. They're an incredibly versatile transfer that allows for screen printed quality without the mess of traditional screen printing: squeegees, inks, screens, emulsion & chemicals. We handle all of that so you can just press and profit!

      @transferexpress@transferexpress7 ай бұрын
  • Sir what kind of transfer paper you use?..... Like what you did on sleeve..?

    @reyliwagon5172@reyliwagon51722 жыл бұрын
    • Hey Rey, we're using Screen Printed Transfers here. They're plastisol ink, screen printed with an ink and squeegee onto our own proprietary release paper. The end result when using screen printed transfers is a screen printed shirt. No white toner or sublimated prints that crack fade over time or apply to only polyester garments, Our Transfers apply to cotton, polyester or blended garments. We independently test all of our transfers to 50+ Wash cycles to ensure a quality, long lasting print. You send over your art, we print the transfers and then you apply your designs using your heat press. The best part is that minimum quantities for our transfers start as low as 6 pieces for 11.5 x 14" sheets, and they ship as quick as the next business day in most cases for one-color prints. There's no weeding needed and they apply in only 4 seconds with just your heat press. www.transferexpress.com/heat-applied-transfers/goof-proof-screen-printed-transfers

    @aatifsafeer9494@aatifsafeer9494 Жыл бұрын
    • Hi Aatif, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Regardless of the color mode your project is saved in, you should be able to edit the colors. CMYK is preferred for more accurate colors from screen to print however, for screen printing everything will be converted to spot colors so color mode does not matter. With digital printing, color management software is pretty good these days and can convert RGB to print with great results, however, since there are colors in RGB that cannot be printed in CMYK sometimes some anomalies occur. We have a great breakdown of RGB and CMYK in this video here: kzhead.info/sun/htWSmtemoJaPiX0/bejne.html

Depending on the size of the graphic you can use the alignment to the armpit seams (to the center of the design) like we show on the front placement.

  • Okay, but what I don't understand is .. How do you know exactly that your print is always evenly from left to right?

    @Wingman_Venom@Wingman_Venom10 ай бұрын
    • The most important part is loading your garment on the press straight. At 1:51 we show some tips on how to ensure your shirt is not twisted or crooked on press by following the seams or fold all the way to the back. Placement of the transfer then comes into play, but at 2:16, we show how to find the center of the transfer with the folding method. Ensure the two creases appear straight at the top and bottom (on an imaginary center line of the t-shirt) and it's aligned perfectly ready to go. Additionally, placement rulers like those featured 5:26 can help with easy alignment to the collar, ensuring proper spacing side to side.
