Ingredients
Four cod fillets
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Garnish
Cilantro or Parsley
Preparation
1. Prep the seasoning using lemon juice, cajun seasoning, black pepper, butter, olive oil, and garlic.
2. Brush the cod fish with seasoning. And place some sliced lemons in the pan.
3. Place the cod in the oven at 400F for 15 minutes until tender and flaky.
4. Garnish it with some cilantro or parsley
