Thank you for sharing. This is insightful.
Thank you so much Sir for this info. It's very informative. I only deal with OTIF and Fill Rate. Today I have learned more than what I knew as I also understood i needed more than that. All thanks to you. God Bless you 🙏
Very informative and very well explained. Than Looking forward to more videos from you!!
Thanks Shri 🙏. More tools and videos coming soon 🔜
Thank you so much for your information. If you don't mide, can i get the file about the dashboard that you showed in that video 15:45 ?
Love it DIFOT - I usually calculate the DIFOT internally and also External Customer Service level as well, however customer measure us with their over value vs delivered value and not with the date of delivery , data accuracy is the biggest challenge to get better clarity of visibility - tracking is top priority to crack it
Really appreciate your content Please do keep it up
Thank you! Yes I will 😉
Great video, love the supply chain dashboard.

Hi Edouard, Could you pls share a excel base dashboard for this service level kpi to track service level
Good very informative...waiting for more videos with Real life examples.
Thank you, more to come!
Very informative and good video. I would to hear from your opinion/suggestion for (1)we have SKUs which sell in different UOM (yes, 1 same SKU, but it can be sent in carton, inner box and some SKU can be delivered in gram/KG) (2) we thought of using value (selling price) seeing the complexity to get one uniform UOM for >3000 SKU we have, to calculate DIFOT. But there are various noises and top management want to see it in volume (quantity). How can we go about it?
Very interesting presentation
Thanks 😁
Thanks so much. You were silent about fill rate until you mentioned something about it towards the end while speaking on data accuracy. Is it equivalent to sth you have mentioned in the course of the video or it is another KPI that is trackable. want you to clarify sir
Also share a dashboard forecast accuracy measured
Hello, I would like to know when the next time you will be hosting your master class. Please advise. No matter what browser, there was no sign up button on the link you provided. Thanks!
Thank you. I have a question. Why did you calculate DIFOT as a multiplication of DOT,DOQ and DIF. I don't understand the logic behind it. By definition it is the number of orders that are both delivered in time and complete or partial.
I'd love if you made available the full supply chain dashboard that you made, 15:38 . informative video as always!
It is a dashboard from my SCM Metrics course: abcsupplychain.com/scm-metrics/
How do you treat back orders in the OTIF calculation? Say originally a back order since 3 months ago, do you always consider it in the monthly calculation until fully served?
Hello Allan ! Good question. The backorders are considered in the OTIF calculation only with the date of the order. They are not repeated in the calculation each month, except if the order is cancelled and re-created (in some companies they cancel the orders after x days). Once the order has been delivered, the DIF goes back to 100% but the DIFOT remains at 0 if the delay is not fulfilled.
Thanks for this, Can customer satisfaction rate indicate inventory management performance especially in health facilities? Thank you again///
You need to track both service and inventory turnover (stock turn) to find the right balance between overstock and shortage. These are 2 separate KPIs that you should use. I am going to publish another video about the second one very soon.
Hello Sir, It was nice information which you have shared with us... Can also please share information on Demand forecasting and budget planning in same excel sheet...?

How do you measure Otifs on a volume basis? I mean if one DC that pushes a small volume meets OTIF easily, how do you justify that against a high volume DC?
Hello Trevelyn Pillay! Not sure to get what you mean? OTIF is a percentage so it doesn't depend on the volumes
Hi, you're welcome! In this case, I was talking about a crisis situation, so you want to be safe only for the most predictable items ;) Your inventory policy depends on your own strategy
What "Quality issues" exactly measures?
Hi! This is just the count of items delivered that do not meet the quality specifications agreed upon with the supplier, without any categorization of the defects.
😊
How do you track your service ? What is your main challenge ? Tell me in the comments
The consequences of poor forecast accuracy leading to high inventories or low whereas my cs suffers as well as creating additional costing as changes in frozen period causing additional costing of manufacturing a product . Tracking today : cs (otif) /doh / supplier otif / ss coverage / qa rft Applying Scor-p model would help to get more grip on your chain (reliability/responsiveness/agility/cost/asset management)
