checking our rabbit snares and shooting some grouse on Newfoundland's west coast, and a nice lunch by the brook with a bottle of moose meat and egg rolls

    • This is the first good year for grouse here in pasadena, the last 3 or 4 years was nothing

  • Our Ditch chickens get spooky .when on the rd I have to use a 17HMR for longer shoots .YA can't usually get close enuff for shot gun .Outher question why don't you guy use regular snare wire .funny how different place do different things.Great videos. .

Awsome Videos love watching them.Getting ready for up coming Moose season end of sept.They say their won't even be any moose in southern NB in next 20 years as winter isn't getting cold enuff for long enugg to kill the ticks.And the bears and yots art helping either .Tons in Northern NB

  • What gauge and number shot you using on those grouse? Is it a 12 gauge? I am assuming #7 shot?

  • Spruce Grouse is like eating pine cones , if it isn't a ruff Grouse I would waste my ammo on it.

    • Me 2 Kevin, that is the one thing among many that I miss about down home, the hunting, the fishing, whether it be cod fishing, trout, or fly fishing but most of all I miss the boilups. Food tastes 100 percent better outside on an open fire.
