I remember when he first won the belt and fell in love with it immediately. I think that after he lost it he had to go through some mental stuff and disassociate who he is with the belt so he could cope with the loss. Rock that belt proudly because you earned it. Nobody can hold onto it forever so enjoy it while you are the champ.
When you win a belt in mma you're always considered a champ no matter what. If you notice they always call people who've won belts champ because they've been him before
