Longwe Twala shot and killed soccer star Senzo Meyiwa. This is the startling claim made by Thulani Mngomezulu, the lawyer representing accused number one, Muzi Sibiya.
During cross examination of Sergeant Batho Mogola, one of the investigators, Mngomezulu even accused police of a cover up.
As SABC News Senior Reporter Chriselda Lewis reports from the High Court in Pretoria.

This is the truth. We need a lawyer like Mngo, who does not hide the truth. Mngo is the new Tefo.
Mngomezulu likes to make statements in court. Surprisingly when his clients are under cross examination they denied to have given him such instructions. That is the reason Acc one has decided to dish him because he make statement that exposed his client to harsh examination that they cannot explain themselves out of that situation. He is using a docket that is not part of this proceedings. He knows that Khoza has put the statement mentioning that he denied such claims made by Sfiso.
Court is not relying on hearsay I was thinking that because Sifiso Meyiwa is working at SAPS even if he is a cleaner he supposed to know that

Our justice system is like a circus. What is wrong with judge ratha? He does not give the defence a chance to complete speaking. It's really sad the defence are treated badly in ratha court room.
So why weren't the people in the house.. All of them honest with what happened... To protect one person... It just doesn't make sense... If long we shot senzo..
