I have put together 100 solo goalkeeper training drills that can be executed in a small space .
I have combined exercises To keep the body in good physical condition complimented with Ball formality .
Watch out for part 2 as we progress the drills to another level .

    • @@alexc9921 I used to believe form is everything until the modern goalkeepers have adopted new form and techniques. I think it doesn’t matter as long as it works for that particular keeper. It’s the drills and the grounded technique that helps determine a goalkeepers consistency - that’s all that really matters. And of course the psychology.

  • These workouts never get old. I trained with you during COVID when I was 11 using your online program at the time and I'm now 13 and enjoy going back to these drills. One day perhaps I'll have the opportunity to come train with you personally.

  • Thank you for this amazing video! My son is 9 yrs old and has loved soccer ever since he cud walk. He made the premier league last year and now he’s taken a very strong sudden interest in being the goalie for the team. But, goalie training at his age is only once a week and he’s craving more. He’s gonna love this. I think I’m going to do it with him too since it looks like an amazing workout! Maybe a little too much for a 9 yr old. But, we can always dial it down to make it work for him.

  • I'm a 67 year old keeper, although mostly playing small sided games now, and Welsh 60+ international at walking football, been playing for 57 years, really enjoyed this, never to old to learn new drills, especially appreciated while in lockdown. Keep up the good work 👍

  • This video has made me smile so much but I wish I could do these drills at the moment! I injured my finger badly a few months ago and still can't play in nets until it recovers properly (I was due to have an appointment to finally fix it but it got cancelled because of coronavirus) so catching a ball leaves me in agony! I will be constantly working on footwork and my core but thank you so much for these videos they're so incredibly helpful!
