Thank you for the beautiful "green" bowl. I'm learning so much from your videos.🤠
You are so welcome!
I really love your willingness to put together different colors and designs. Your imagination is just fantastic.
Thank you so much!
The latest country hit from the Sprague River Boys: "That must be a cat hair in the finish cuz it sure ain't one of mine!" Lovely work, Jim!
Too funny! Thanks
Every week I say that's my favourite... then the next week your new piece is my favourite... 😂
Thank you very much!
Hi Jim At first look it looks like green jelly & pineapple chunks. I've had a very busy day & its 2.38am Saturday, but I couldn't resist just having a glimpse at this week's project. I will watch the video later. Wow -bright colours Good night/morning
Sounds great! Thanks
Excellent artistry my friend. I absolutely love it when you can take something meant for the trash and turn it into something beautiful. 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
I literally laughed out loud when the casting fell right out of the bucket! 😂 One of my favorite things about epoxy woodworking is being able to use all of these scraps. Such beautiful wood, it shouldn't be wasted! Thanks as always, Jim!
Thank you very much!
Another great piece, and as always, educational and inspiring. Every time I watch your weekly video, designer epoxy gets more money from me…lol, but well worth the spending. Thanks again Jim for being authentic!
😂 Wow, thank you!
Beautiful piece, Jim. Was thrilled to be in the live chat for my first time today. Now let’s see if the random comment selector shows me some love next time…
Fingers crossed! Thanks
Beautiful Beautiful My Friend. Congrats On The Winner 🥰
Thanks for the giveaway!
Wow! When that tenon broke, I actually gasped! But that's why I watch you - you are great at explaining and dealing with things that go wrong. Gorgeous piece, can't wait to see what is next.
Thank you very much!
It's your Wizard of Oz bowl 😁 emerald green epoxy for the city and box elder burl for the yellow brick road. Excited to see what you use the core for. Neat project 🥰
Thank you very much!
Hi Jim, you never disappoint!! Very beautiful!!
Thanks so much!
Another beautiful piece, Jim. I really appreciate that you take the time to explain things. You would make a very good woodturning instructor.
Thank you very much!
Congratulations to the bowl winner. One day KZhead random picker will like me. That turned out beautiful as always you did a fantastic job. Have a wonderful and blessed weekend and until next one. Be blessed
Thank you very much!
Mmmmmm, brick'a'brack slime bowl! Very cool piece! The hard lines along with the natural edges of the burl pieces does some very fun things for the look on this piece. Lovely work, Jim!
Thank you very much!
Jim, you never disappoint, yet another great project. And thank you for all the great information about wood turning.
Very welcome! Thanks
Jim, congratulations on reaching 110,000 subscribers! Very well deserved!
Awesome, thank you!
Who would have thought all those pieces morphed into this wonderful turning! Maybe it just the randomness. Nice recovery on the coring process. Bowl looks great! Designer epoxy
Thank you very much!
Hi 👋, Jim, I hope you are all keeping safe and well, as it is on my mind, I love the music at the end, I’ve listened to it before, walking in the sky, It comes across very well recorded,, I have a serious pair of transmission line loudspeaker cabinets that I built around 40 years ago, with a NAD 150 w, Sorry, I’ve got confused then, another Great wood, turning project,, it looks beautiful, A great piece of art the person who has won. It should be very proud of it., I was hoping to do some Woodturning this week, but because of where I live in the Correze region of France, and in other regions as well, there has been a serious amount of rain, to the point where they thought they might have to open the bar up on the dam up river, You may not realise it, but the name of my property is called the Moulin in English. Mill and of course it is on the river., they were expecting the river to come up by around 2 to 2 1/2 m, luckily, it hasn’t, however, I did have to spend nearly all day bringing a lot of my handles and equipment up from my basement up to the next floor, Luckily, the river didn’t come up that high, So hopefully next couple of days I’ll take my tools back down again, and I have some good news, The issue with my ex female partner has been resolved, I think it’s called money, money money , no ABBA wasn’t involved in it, Hopefully not too long after Christmas I’ll be ordering Some Hunter tools, Some resin, and I might even get the first part of the kit for the one-way coring system, Though I do have a serious problem with my Roof and that needs to be sorted first, but won’t take too long because all I got to do is pay them some money, It’s been over a year since I had a storm damage, they said they will replace the whole roof, but I’ve got to put some money towards the removal of the asbestos roofing, which is a bit of a bummer because I thought my insurance cover it, Sorry, I’m gambling on again, Great project, Jim, enjoyed watching you produce some marvellous piece of art , I wish you and your family all the success, the future, Phil from the moulin France
The roof can wait when there’s Woodturning to do, lol. Glad you didn’t get flooded out. We watch another channel here on KZhead call Escape to Rural France. We love it. Thank you very much!
Congrats on 110!!! Beautiful work, Jim!
Thank you kindly!
Great bowl once again and congrats to the winners. So glad your channel is working so well for you.

Wow wow wow Jim!! Absolutely love the all the character in those pieces of wood coupled with the brilliant green. That bowl is absolutely fantastic!
Thank you very much!
Beautiful piece! That green is so cool and the burl works so well with it. Awesome work again! Congrats to the winner!
Thank you very much!
Wow you go a new bright shirt! It will forever be the - B’ All Buffing 😂 - my head. Congratulation! Your channel has grown soooo much!🎉
Thank you!! 😁
My goodness, but the pace of the subscriber drawings sure has picked up. congratulations!
Thank you so much 😀
Lovely bowl, love green!
Thank you!
Another beautiful bowl, Jim. Congratulations to the winner.
Thank you kindly
Really nice bowl Jim. Another lucky winner actually gets to see it being made. I know that I enjoyed seeing my bowl being made. With the light in it you can see all the different layers of the burl. They are suspended in the epoxy. Very nice. Take care and stay safe.
Thanks again!
This piece is beautiful! Great work again!
Thank you very much!
Good looking piece, as always 😊 Congrats to the winners!
Thank you kindly
Thank you for letting us in on your world and artistic journey. The first coat of gloss is definitely the best part!
Thank you very much!
So beautiful again. I actually am afraid that one day you will do something just „average.“ You really set the standards so high. Thanks for teaching us.
Maybe one day! 😂 Thanks so much!
Keep those overhead shots coming! We get to see the length of your tools and the technique you use. Loved all the different shades of wood and how they popped out.
Thanks! Will do!
Saturday Morning, starting with watching your new Videos, and it never gets boring. I love it. Wonderful piece this week. I love the colors
Thank you so much!
Hi 👋 Jim, how to prevent resin and wood shavings from going onto your Camera, or recording device, Two or three ideas, One is a fan that blows the shavings away from yourself and recorder, But not sure how big a fan, and whether it would cause problems with noise, number two, built a hood over the top, so the camera is set back well inside, so the shavings then don’t go onto the camera but go onto the front of the hood. If it is round or oval shape. Hopefully the shavings were then slide off, Number three idea, might mean changing camera, 🎥 or changing the lens, so you can set the camera further back from where it is normally operating from, So the shavings fall onto the floor and don’t get hung up on the camera, 🎥, We probably just need a different type of lens to adjust your field of focus, I did think of using a very powerful extractor, but I think it would be very noisy, And could end up having a fire because of the resin being packed into the bins or a extractor system, Keep up the great work. Look forward to next weeks project., Phil from the moulin.
I think the fan will cause audio issues. I actually have a hood and will try it, the way it’s made makes me think it will collect dust. I have other lenses that came with my video recorder and will also look at them too. Thanks for the advice!
Absolutely gorgeous Jim! Thanks for sharing your talents with us 😊. I look forward to your new project every Friday! Congratulations to the winners of the drawing today your channel is growing fast 😊Congratulations Jim.
Thanks so much!
Love the way you toss some scraps into a bucket, add epoxy and end up with a cool piece.
Thank you very much!
Paint wood gold like gold chunks and use the green pigment and make a bowl for saint Patrick’s day ☘️
Thanks so much!
all the different little angles of the square pieces makes it look like they're levitating inside the resin. it was a really nice touch!
Thank you very much!
Love the piece this week. Maybe one the membership perks could be compilation videos of jim vs the bucket
Possibly! Lol.
It never ceased to amaze me how the bowls made with scraps come out so beautiful. Once that finish coat goes on they just pop. I wasn’t sure I liked mixing the resin and wood but now I really like it. I don’t turn so just watch you work because it is relaxing to watch but I have learned quite a bit. I like that you explain things. I’m subscribed because yours is one of my favorite wood turning channels.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
Jim, you continue to amaze us with your inspiration and talent. Week after week I look forward to watching you take wood and resin and create a beautiful art forms.
Wow, thank you! 😊
i was already impressed with this week's project ... then the footage of the bowl lit from above came up. Fantastic! As if the wood and resin weren't beautiful enough! A gorgeous piece!
Awesome, thank you!
Well this week had my heart skipping a few beats again with that tenon breaking! I was scared to see you reveal the damage after watching that, what a relief it was to see the bowl itself still completely intact! Congratulations to the winners, I do like that enchanted green Jim, it's beautifully vibrant! Thank you for another excellent video!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations on 110K!!! Gorgeous green!! My heart dropped when the tenon broke....feared you wouldn't get that core!!
You and me both! Lol. Thanks
One idea for the shavings on the camera. If they stick because of static, take a fabric dryer sheet, gently rub it over the camera. Then check to see if it smears the lens 😢. If not, those sheets are anti static and can be used more than once. If your wife doesn’t use them see if you can get a neighbor or friend to give you one. Instead of buying them special. Don’t try the anti static spray. A spray will probably mess up your lens. There are anti static cloths (more expensive) you can try but something you already have (or can get one of free) is always a good place to start. Bowl came out really sweet.
Thanks for the info. I’ve used dryer sheets on shields before with limited success. Need to see if they will let leave behind any residue. Jim
Congratulations winners!! Thank you Jim!! You are absolutely crushing this you tube thing!! You always have great advice too! I dont know how you juggle it all but I'm thankful you do! I have thought about buying some cameras and recording some of what I do but just dont think I have the time to work it all out. During my home time I just get orders out and try to get some inventory going for the few shows I do during the summer. But you have taught me a lot of tips in your videos that have saved me time and money! We all know how valuable both those are, so I will do what I can to help you get those 4 feet. Speaking of which..... will you be shutting down the videos till ya'll get moved. Kim Tipton has yet to return to the videos and I'm not sure if she will come back. I know you will because I have watched how much you have grown this and I'm sure the money is better than the shows and a lot less travel and both rent! I look forward to next week!!
The intention is to keep the channel going, hoping for a door to door move but at this point it's a guessing game. My brother in law who will be living close to where we will be living has offered up his garage until my shop is completed. It could be some building video's, but at this stage I just don't know. With that said, it's important to me to keep the channel going to pay for this crazy building bill, lol. Thank you very much!
CONGRATS ON 110K JIM!!!!!!! I really like this week's project. That Enchanted Green colour is fantastic.
Thank you! Cheers!
Jim, my wife and I liked your green bowl with Boxelder burl with Designer Deep pour, well done!
Thank you very much!
Sorry I missed the live chat, had to be at work. This is a fantastic way to not waste even the smallest pieces! And the bowel is gorgeous!
Thank you! Cheers!
I love your work. I'm not sure I'm a fan of straight lines but you certainly hold my interest. I especially love your 100,000 give away bowl and others of that type. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much!
Another beautiful bowl from a guy with a beautiful character! I enjoy watching you every video! OOOOOH Lit up it is absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you very much!
I wish we had Box Elder in the Gulf Coast. Beautiful wood. Well done with the Designer Epoxy as always.
Maybe one day, after all it’s a weed species, lol. Thanks
Congrats to the 2 Winners and to you for the 110K Subscribers! That’s Fantastic. Wow…love the bowl color and the burl looks beautiful. 😊
Thank you so much!
Great green color and odd shape burl pieces. The still shot looks like the pieces are floating. Thanks for the membership sponsorship option
My pleasure! Thanks for being here each week!
I could feel your pain and frustration when the glue block sheared! Sure was nice to still have the tenon on the top side though - nice save!!
Thanks so much!
I liked when you had the light on it and it was showing the jaded edges through it, beautiful.
Thank you very much!
Took me long enough to finally get to watch you make this beautiful piece. I finally did it though and I’m glad I did. Anybody should love to have that in their home an art price on the mantle or something to serve them. Some salad rolls in. It’s beautiful.
Thank you very much!
Beautiful work as always Jim, your so fortunate to have good quality wood to work with. Designer Epoxy
Yes I am! Thanks
So awesome Jim!! Gorgeous as always. Watching from home again finally. Came home from rehab on Monday after my stroke in Sept. and wish you and your family all the best for the holiday's and always.
Welcome back! Thanks
Another absolutely ridiculously beautiful work of art!!! Thanks for cheering me up... designer epoxy
My pleasure! Thanks
Thanks Jim. This was another wonderful piece. I really look forward to start the weekend by including watching you. Congrats on the milestone and have a great weekend brother!🍾💞
Thanks, you too!
Oh my gosh the video was extreme! It looked to be filmed up closer, was I seeing what I thought was your chisels filing away? It was so beautiful watching the color leap out at you! I love watching on my I-pad!
Yes it was, thanks!
This color and burl made a fantastic bowl! I love the green! I keep watching you do fantastic projects! This one is a winner!❤
Thank you so much!
Awesome green! I also really like the use of small pieces of "beautiful" wood scraps. Lucky bowl winner! Designer Epoxy
Thank you very much!
Very lovely. It amazes me how the resin settles around the wood and makes such beautiful patterns. You make me want to learn lathe work. Of all the tools and machines my Dad had a lathe was not one of them. Beautiful work once again Jim. Thanks for brightening my day with your creativity.
Thank you so much 😊
I really, really like this piece. Green is my favorite color and this shade is bomb. Great job as usual, we ignore the occasional boo-boo’s.
Lol. Thank you very much!
Wonderful bowl, love the different forms the wood makes, almost like you're looking at an old ruin from a video game.
Thank you very much!
I've been so busy all weekend that I just finally found the time (this is Sunday evening) to sit and watch your latest project come about. Congrats to the drawing winners. This bowl turned out awesome!
Awesome! Thank you!
That's a stunning bowl Jim - really like the green colour. Thanks for creating and sharing all that you do.
My pleasure!
I love the yellow tone in the wood with the green epoxy. Yellow and green go well together.
Certainly, thanks!
Wow the glue block worked the wood can give without notice!!!
certainly, thanks!
Freaking gorgeous. I always think you have done enough to not surprise me anymore how awesome your bowls turn out. You prove me wrong weekly. Thank you Jim!
Thank you so much!
When you first dumped out that wood my mind yelled "JENGA!!!!!" Other than that, I like you, love that burl. The piece turned out great, keep up the great work.
Lol! Thank you very much!
What an amazing piece! It really catches the eye, especially with the green and slight transparency giving it a 3d look. I have to agree with you, that burl is beautiful! Thanks for a great video and even greater to see your channel keep growing. Cheers!
Thank you so much!
(Designer Epoxy) simply gorgeous.I can't seem to get enough of these videos. thanks for you knowledge
Glad you like them! Thanks
Really like the green in this one. It compliments the box elder quite well. Very well done and congrats on your 110 Jim. Take care.

Thanks so much!
Congratulations on 110k, great videos and the length if awesome. Congratulations to the winners. Another great bowl.
Thanks 👍
I was surprised how much I liked the green, and the square parts of the burl.
Thanks so much!
Enchanted Green may be my new favorite green. I've grown box elder a number of times for restoration projects, but before your channel I had no idea it could be a pretty wood as well.
Thanks so much!
That green would look awesome with some hypershift. Beautiful piece, Jim, and congrats to the winners.
I think so too! Thanks
Sorry it took this long....awsome bowl Jim thank you!!! We love these videos... Keep them coming please
Thanks, will do!
Congrats to the winners! Designer Epoxy is great at supporting the channel.
They certainly are! Thank you very much!
Oh, it’s beautiful. Gorgeous contrast between the wood and the green resin.
Thank you very much!
My favorite part of this bowl is the "Petals" of burl at the bottom--gorgeous.
Thank you very much!
Enchanted green is a stunning colour, against the Burl. What a beautiful bowl, great work.
Thank you very much!
I've been turning for a little over a year, occasionally doing some epoxy rivers on the rim, or inlays in the mortise. The more of your videos I watch, the more confident I am getting to do a deep pour in the future.
Right on,thanks
Darn it --- it's much more fun to watch you fight to get the casting out of the mold. 😂
Lol, thanks
Congratulations on 110k! Great bowl, and what a great use of cuts off / scraps.
Thank you very much!
Another stunner Jim! Just gorgeous. And thx for explaining all your steps and why sometimes thing don't work as intended. You are an excellent teacher. Well done. Thx and take care. Designer epoxy
Thank you very much!
Congrats to both the winners! I really live that green and also to know your taste is expanding! It's wonderful to see you evolving and growing in different ways! Can't wait to see what you do next time!
