I’m a member of a small church with a pastor who’s also an entrepreneur. Thankfully, he’s never taken from the congregation. We’re so small he’d probably lose money if he did.
The vast majority of pastors don't make any money. People just like to make extremes seem normal.

I agree with him on every level. I was part of this church in FLORIDA. I noticed the pastor wearing all these fancy suits, jewelry etc. He had a Porsche. Which wasn't shit anyway. So I noticed. Overhead a conversation with his parents were saying they were disappointed on how he's running the church. Parents gave him a used(at the time a 2011 Buick). But it was new to them because they only had it for a month. Gave it to him and he denied it. So during Bible study something told me I ask him why are renting the school cafeteria to have service? Shouldn't we have a church? He wqs confronted and tried to silence me. I stood up as a member of the church. He banned me. A week later he was robbed. It's a shame we follow these fake people we seek advice and knowledge from. But then again, it's embarrassing to some pastors who use us to profit instead of doing what's right.
