Amidst the one-day Indefinite shutter down strike on April 26 called by the Dimapur Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), to demand assurance from the state government to protect businessmen faced with continual illegal taxation, intimidation and summons by Naga Political Groups(NPGs), the State government has directed the Director General of Police (DGP) and Commissioner Nagaland to take stringent measures to check the menace of harassment of business community by anti-social elements.
