Oct 29, 2012 We met our beautiful daughter "Snow", whom we renamed Fiona, in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. Our 9 year old daughter was with us. The four brothers were at home in the States and met Fiona two weeks later.

FAQ:
Q- Why is she so blonde? Is she really Chinese?
A- Yes. She has albinism. People with this condition are commonly called "albinos", although the term is better suited for plants and animals.

    • There are so many more children than they have staff to care for them and it's easier to have their hair very short as they don't have time to deal with longer hair and it limits issues with lice
