  • Looks like a very uncrowded day! Besides the view in Tahoe, those Ponderosa Pines make for some perfect glade skiing…

  • Curious as to why American snowboarders are too uncoordinated and cool to use the footrest? Pretty sure keeping your shin flexor tense the whole time contributes to long term knee/ankle injury…Do you like wearing out your boots and then bitching about heelhold and your knee ligaments and tendons with 8 pounds of gear hanging off one knee?😂

    @IHatePikeys@IHatePikeysАй бұрын
    • it doesn't affect you why do you care? How does coordination have anything to do with using the bar on a chair lift

      @Enlightzz@EnlightzzАй бұрын
    • I always lower the bar since I have an old knee injury and resting my foot on the bar relieves any pressure on my knee. Why don’t most Americans use it? Well, unless it’s politically themed under the guise of an “emergency”, Americans simply don’t like to be told what to do.

      @SteveThompson-li2fc@SteveThompson-li2fcАй бұрын
    • @@SteveThompson-li2fc I typically use it when I am tired towards the end of the day. It is not forced to do by lifties and no one tells you to put the bar down either unless its a very windy day. I'm also a skier so it does not affect my legs.
