  • Nice features on the flashlight. But I sure question when a company states lumens. There is one youtube channel which now tests lumens output properly using a calibrated tester. Love watching these bus repair videos. Real world and real information. Plus is honest in his work. Great to watch.

  • Who in their right minds would give this video a thumbs down. I’m besides myself. Blows my mind. Keep up the good work Scott. I’m about to change rear drums, brakes and seals on my bus. I don’t have a Scott but I got a Dave and he is very good. Knows his stuff like Scott. He ain’t cheap 🤣 Of course guys who know their stuff like Scott ate worth their wages.

    • I am going to guess they are owners that would have tried to use the old airbags. Not realizing that age of the rubber will bite what ever owner that tries to use them.

Shame they dont track comment dislikes (might hurt your feelings way to much I guess) but they allow thumbs up to show.I thumbs down YOUR comment just so YOU know...

  • There is a neoprene / rubber conditioner and rejuvenator, called AT - 205. Check ebay. Use a spray bottle, and spray it on airbags, rubber grommets, etc. It is a polymer, and works to rejuvenate seals, orings, etc. Give it a try; I did, and was impressed........

  • I really enjoy your videos and I like that trick filling the differential from the end. Your airbag trick was nice too. Whoever designed that air fitting to go in the middle and not provide some room to get to it obviously never had to work on it. Lots of Luck with the framing of the apartment.

  • That airbag was like I'm gonna explode really soon. That was some grazy rubber deteriation. Also nice trick with the rubber glove to catch oil.

  • suggest you have the slope around the hut pad 'set' to drain water around & away to a rock basin/catch pond to slow the runoff to control it. can also use it for a berry patch or small orchard if it gets enough sunlight. Looking Good

  • Flex head ratcheting wrench is the answer to that problem! Also, for parts cleaning I suggest researching The Tacoma Company. They have the highest quality vapor blasting tool available anywhere. Combined with a proper cabinet this will add a new dimension to your finished work. You could for instance dry blast that nasty brake setup and have it looking factory fresh. It is a proven time saver compared to other similar products. Available ONLY through the company directly. No resellers.

  • Put balance beads in all of the tires and flat spotting and tire out of balance vibrations will be gone. Extends the life of tires. Use the old airbags to make air cushion mounts for an outdoor couch or bed.

  • You are very lucky to repair pillows without oxides. In Russia, aggressive chemicals are poured on the roads in winter and work with the suspension of the car becomes a horror. I repaired a lot of cars-there are big problems with disassembly everywhere. Even aluminum parts of cars decompose from this chemistry into a white powder. The AUDI wings disappear in 5 years,only the paint remains.This is just an example. This is a business. Previously, the waste of the chemical industry had to be disposed of. Then they came up with the idea of pouring on the roads against the ice. The authorities pay business from the budget . benefit. They forgot about nature. Everyone pays taxes and they are spent on this abomination. We tried to protest,to fight. But it doesn't work against the lobby.

  • Hi Scott. This is Mark Brown Fromm calif. I was wondering seems like you change a lot of airbags. What is the life of an airbag. I am just curious. Thank you have a blessed day

    @markbrown1061@markbrown10612 жыл бұрын
    • I change a lot of Rubber parts continuously. Rubber seems to handle different environments at different time intervals. But 6-10 years on many rubber components seem to show significant deterioration. 10-15 years is a roll of the dice on some and any more than that and you are at great risk of immediate catastrophic failure.
