  • Wow! How far he's come from that angry hurt boy growing into this forgiving beautiful human! I hope she's proud because all her mistakes ultimately made this one of a kind life changing human who's touched millions in our own dark times lifting so many from the ashes of our own pain. Bravo Em,BRAVO!

  • As a mother who made a lot of mistakes as a parent,like a lot of us, my heart goes out to Eminem. It isnt easy being a parent who raises kids, with no support (emotionally, spiritually,etc) especially when you're a kid yourself and you married the wrong person. Nothing you do seems to be appreciated. Sometimes its hard for a kid to see that their mom is going through the same abuse they did when its happening at the same time. Its easy for folks to judge real quick,but not easy to try to help the person and their kids in a situation like that. Em and Miley did a beautiful job on this song. Marshall,thank you for ALWAYS writing what you feel,and being honest with what you went through. You've really grown up to be farther than what other kids in your situation has.

    • Every word you've written I can relate to. Raised 2 kids with no child support..married the wrong man. Had my 1st kid at 18 and 2nd at 22. I did my very best and thank God me and my daughter are very close but my son hasn't spoken to me in almost 4 years because I fell into alcohol and drug abuse when my daughter went to college and my son was left behind to witness my life crumble around him. 💔 he also wrote a song about me. I know time will hopefully heal wounds and I hope he understands one day all the things I did to give them the best life I could. ❤️

DON'T PUT YOURSELF DOWN BECAUSE OF THAT, IT TAKES A REAL WOMAN/MOTHER TO ADMIT THAT YOU'VE MADE MISTAKES BEING A MOM! TO ME, THAT MAKES YOU A BIGGER AND BETTER PERSON BECAUSE A LOT OF MOMS(other people period) MAKE MISTAKES AND WILL NOT ADMIT IT! ALL YOU CAN DO MAMA IS ASK FOR HIS FORGIVENESS, ITS UP TO HIM IN THE END, BUT MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IN ORDER TO BE FORGIVEN, YOU MUST FIRST FORGIVE YOURSELF!! GOOD LUCK!!

  • I love this and how your giving tribute to your mom for being the best mom she could be at the time And appreciating and thanking her for being your mom and dad. The way you are able to make people feel the emotion you were feeling at the time you wrote and laid the track is beautiful. Hearing the emotion behind your voice, actually feeling it; phenomenal.

  • Emms song always hit me so hard. That's so beautiful and shows that we all come to a point in our lives some of us anywhere come to a point where we realize that even the bad things made us who we are and we have to appreciate even our parents that hurt us the most and come to understand why they were the way they were and still love them even at a distance but we still love them. That part of I can't even cry no more it hurts so bad though I felt that Love you Em!

So thank you.

I don’t drink or do drugs so it doesn’t matter how lost yalls kids are they aren’t until it’s too late. I recommend doing all you can to rebuild your relationships if possible because the world is an absolute nightmare for younger people now. It’s not like it even was 10 years ago. I can tell you it’s a pain that just grows and never goes away. God bless yall and I hope you can change your circumstances.

    • There are two sides to every relationship and story. They clearly feel/seen something that you didnt realize. Maybe you need to ask them and be open to accepting, hearing, and working on whatever it is that is on their minds. My mom sounds like your post, but if she would ACTUALLY listen, she would know and we could move forward.

That's the problem these days. This is a helluva great song. Eminem is such a champion, and I'm older than him, so when he came out, it took me a while to get him.

    @Veteran454@Veteran4542 ай бұрын
    • Forgiveness is the best thing you can do, HOWEVER, saying nobody should hate their parents for an abusive childhood bc it could be generational is assenine. The parents should have learned from there experience that child abuse and neglect is wrong. I had a tough life as a kid but when I had kids I swore I would be the opposite of how I got treated as a kid. Your statement is like saying , oh he doesn't mean to be a child molester but it's not his fault, his parents used to be one. Two wrongs do not make a right and they sure don't justify one's actions

His life and his confessions to his overcoming. To all his greatness... magic. To the love for his family. Another perfect mix with Miley. It seems her own story! Her own words: Pictures of you, scattered on the floor. I know you can't be here anymore... but maybe, if I, keep your memories... then I might, feel like, you're still next to me. I love you Miley. ❤❤ to you and Eminem.
