I said realistic because it portrays how the upper class and lower class differ on their approaches in life, and how both relate to each, including aircon and kanal humour ang LT lang. Do you think people would let someone unhinged like Regina George get away with the things she says and does irl? Country-wise siguro sa ibang bansa, Oo, but sa 'tin, no.😭 That's why Rhian Ramos and the girls portray what an expensive girl is like better and more realistically. It's their characters and attitude that resemble Mean Girls in a way; I didn't specify that it's the whole movie na parang Mean Girls. excuse my wording and the confusion I caused you nalang.

Im just saying that Mean Girls is more realistic kasi yes, people would let the stuff that Regina George says or does slide. Have you seen the bullies here sa Pinas? Haha. Mas matindi pa kesa kay Regina. Itong Sosy Problems, di realistic kasi thats not how the elite acts. It is an exagerration. For example di marunong magpakulo ng water is too much. Protesting for an exclusive club to not not be turned to a mall through planking, thats not their way haha. Even the way they talk, they arent like that (usually un mga ganyan magsalita would be the upper class, but not the 1%). Eveb the Manila Polo Club na nabili lang would be very unlikely. And it is okay. The pagka-OA makes it funny, but it is def nit realistic.

    • @@hardcandy9880 Ofc po, the movie is obviously exaggerated that's why I pointed out which parts only made me say na it's realistic and it's because you learn and observe life values from the girls and they go through it themselves throughout the movie. The aspects where people of different classes try to co exist and how they try to get over inequity is what's realistic, but their approach is exaggerated like the planking na ginawa nila for example. They are OA on purpose to make it easier for people to understand yung message ng movie all in all, and not just how elites are supposedly more prone to display themselves. What matters is yung pinapahawitig nila na idea about the whole elite stuff, they try to make it enjoyable to watch for the viewers while representing those ideas. Regardless of their immature and oa approach, the whole point is what they're trying to convey behind their oa actions. Also, if someone who happens to be like Regina George appears and publicly humiliated somebody for example, do you expect the crowd to simp on her katulad sa series? People would react 'against' her, and not start tolerating her behaviour. Regina's character, in that sense, isn't realistic to me. She's a mean girl, the girls in Sosy Problems aren't, and that's the difference. They just give off the same aura of confidence and sass, but they manifest it differently. Being mean doesn't necessarily mean you're less likely to be realistic, it's just a matter of people's outlook and response on a certain behaviour.
