This is our puppy Eros. He is 14 weeks old and doing very well at his training. We are proud of the progress our little munchkin is making and looking forward to having a dog that anyone would enjoy having around.

Feeding time is the best time to train a dog. Always have them do their commands before they eat. Good job pup.
Absolutely amazing. I have raised 6 Saint Bernards from puppies but I never saw the type of progress that you are seeing at only 14 weeks! Well Done! You have a best friend for life.

My family had a large male Saint Bernard that was over 200 pounds as an adult. I don't recall how much he weighed at one year. He was a gentle giant who once found an abandoned kitten discarded in a swamp. Brought it home and raised it as his own. Sadly this breed only lives about 8 years.

***** no not at all she walks by my side and doesn't pull. The trick is to teach them young. Give treats when they stay by your side.

No better feeling when a giant breed dog is trained properly. You feel so proud. I used to do hand signals with my Newfoundland’s from 150 yards away. Took some doing to get it right but they loved to please. Great job you are doing here.

Reminds me so much of my Saint. He wanted hia food so bad but he always listened and would never touch food unless he was told OK. I could leave 10 steak on the floor and leave the house for hours and he wouldn't touch them (would be a pile of drooly slobber around his head lol but he knew) They are absolutely awesome companions!

He has a beautiful coat/color combo.
We have a pure bread at my house and he's the sweetest thing. My baby nephew crawls all over him and he won't move a muscle. And if someone screams he runs right to there. Side. And he walks right by the baby's side no matter where he goes. It was easy for my mom to train him. We paid a lot for our dog, not sure how much but over 1000.
U tube suggested me this in 2021 hope the baby bernard is happy and healthy

Had to laugh when the bowl of food was put on the floor, and the girl tells Eros to come to her. But he's looking at her like 'Yeah, but the food's over there!'
Dogs have more discipline than many of us. We humans need to learn lots from animals. Nice video. love it!!

@@nolannn705 is it wrong to point out during this videos training they actually went through a follow command, another follow command, a wait command, a sit command..i have yet to see a reward for a 14 mos of puppy..i get weaning off at some point, but it look confused like yo...wheres the treat maam? its been a few things kinda look.

Instead of saying “good boy” when he does something right say “yes”. It will help a lot more on training your dog.Also if you want him to come to you instead of the food you must place the food down, and wait till he looks at you. Once you have his/her attention, You say come.(This is a long process so yeah.And this also helped me train my dog lots of tricks.) xoxoxo
Oh and also a clicker would help too.Just click the clicker when your dog does something right, and say the word “yes”
