Ingredients:
oil - 100 gr.
sugar - 150 gr.
eggs - 2 pcs.
cottage cheese 5% - 200 gr.
flour - 185 gr.
baking powder - 0.5 tsp. (2 gr.)
soda - 0.25 tsp. (1 gr.)
salt - a pinch
vanilla - a pinch
lemon juice - 1 tsp.
orange or lemon zest from half a fruit
candied fruits + raisins - 100 gr.
For decoration: marshmallow fondant, Easter sprinkles
marshmallows - 100 gr
water - 4 tbsp
in 100 gr. marshmallows add 4 tbsp. spoons of warm water and microwave for 1 minute
