Thanks for your concern. However at this current time I'm not receiving any funding for making these videos. A few people have donated and a few people have bought tee shirts. I have not reached my 4000 hr requirement for KZhead to pay me yet , but it's coming. I enjoy making videos, and I enjoy giving back to the craft that allowed me to feed myself. Thanks for commenting.

The table on the square give you the common dimensions without having to do the math. He is just showing you how to convert the answer into a usable measurement that you can mark with a tape measure.

If only today's American kids were paying attention during 7th grade math, they'd know this stuff like the backs of their hands. Instead, they were too busy farting around with their cellphones to do social media, and cannot even add 4 to 3 at age 20, much less multiply 0.94 by 16.

If your cutting 2x4's with a 16th of an inch accuracy then your saw must be very NASA. Having a 16th of an inch accuracy isn't a deal breaker or a deal winner. Completely unnecessary in this field. Now if your a sheet metal mechanic it's different. I call this a load bearing of BS.

I understand that 1/16 is nothing to cry about. However I am only converting the 94/100th into it's 16th of a inch equivalent. Which is 15/16ths. Thanks for commenting.

Imperial vs metric system who wins ? I would not say that the Imperial system is stupid because it works. It has worked for many years .The sumerian sexigesimal system is based on 60 and 12. However, I have heard that the metric system is a better system. Thanks for commenting.
