Need some shade at the rodeo? Marty shows you how to shape a palm leaf hat in a Gus, Brick Top, & Buckaroo style. He shapes these cowboy hats here at the store with a steamer, but you can shape yours with just a bucket of water at home!
Sunbody hats are great for rodeo fans, working on the ranch, and keeping the sun off your face & neck on Trek and working in your garden. We like Sunbodys because they're really easy to shape the first time, and then after they dry they hold their shape really well.

  • Thank you for the education. I have a nice palm hat but one side got a bit tweeked out of shape. I played with it many time but couldn't get it back in shape. I thought I would try water but decided to google this issue because you can find so much information now on the internet. I have a portable steamer and followed your tips, so far looking great again.

  • Do your hats fit a long oval head shape or are they just the round oval? I have had very little luck finding a hat to fit my head because everybody sells the round oval only. Resistol sells long ovals but not with the pinch front that I like unfortunately.

    • True; Resistol is the Best for Long Oval. Haven’t found any other straight out of the box for long oval. 👍🏻🤠
