ICICI blows HDFC to smithereens when it comes to how easily you can do things in the mobile app. Even the desktop web functionality is top notch for ICICI, whereas HDFC is still clinging to decade old UI. Also, ICICI much more proactive and effective to deal with customer service request. HDFC is good too but definitely lags behind ICICI in most of the departments.
