I've said in numerous replies to 380 videos I have posted that I enjoy filming this plane just because of the sheer engineering feat to get this off the ground. If you ever get the chance you've got to see one in real life. 👍✈👍

Love that spray on rotation, also once again another great example of the Trent 900s roaring out of Birmingham Airport. The condensation on the wings starting to form at 1:15 is a real eye catch! I appreciate you getting out in this awful weather making videos for us on KZhead though. Make sure to wrap up warm when you’re at home!

Do you like the roller coaster runway? I wish I had £10 for every time I drove along that tarmac.
It makes it quite unique. You used to work at the airport? But typical Birmingham Council though. Dont bother levelling it just tarmac whats there 😁 appreciate you watching and taking time to comment.
Actually it never mattered, then the CAA came along with rules and reg's. Now the runway is closed at night for maintainace and repairs. I think the way it works is if you do anything to the runway you should be making some improvement to make it flat and level. Over the years a lot of tarmac has been added to the dips and especially to the North end (Coventry road end). One year they put 80 inches of tarmac down and the work usually starts about 22: hours and has to be all done by 06:00 in the morning so flights can resume. Then they start all over again until its finished. Work usually comprises of surface, drainage and electrical too.@@speedbird0094

I heard when the runway is wet, they send the big planes off first to help dry it off.
I'd be surprised if they did tbh as each plane generally has a slot to fly. Its an interesting thought though and maybe some airports do do that. Thank you for watching 👍✈👍
