This is an edit of Ghost Town to loosely recreate a live version including the Sunday Service Choir. It is edited with Default_Miserable and and he is also the one who created this video. This may be my favourite edit I've been involved in making.
I fell so far these last 6 months. My wife left me for someone else, my friend died, my dog died, I got addicted to blues (Fentanyl).. now I’m back to where I started. I had to remind myself how much God loves me and how favored I am. God bless anyone going through a hard time. It will pass and I can’t say you’ll feel better but you will be stronger and have the strength to over come. I love you all ❤️

Before the start of november this year, i never used to listen to kanye west. I despised his ways and him as a person. But after coming across some of his music like runaway and ghost town, it has made me change my views on kanye. The girl of my dreams chose someone else over me, and for a month I was going through depression, and kanyes music helped me go through this tough time. I am truly grateful for even living in a 1000 light years near this masterpeice of a man, and for his beauty of music.

I never realized how thematically related ghost town and runaway were. Its like the malaise expressed in runaway is resolved, or at least come to terms with in ghost town. Fitting that ye's 2 best songs should come together to tell such a harrowing story of inner war and peace.

It so simply reminds us that no matter what you have gone through or what struggles and trauma god has thrown at you, we’re are still all human. We all bleed and have the same heart that we had before we knew the reality of the world that we live in. We still have the choice to wake up excited about going outside or eating ice cream. This is simply phenomenal. 3 years ago, shortly after Ye and Kids See Ghosts was released, I had the biggest heartbreak in my life. This brought plenty of issues that weren't dealt with properly from my past. What followed were 3 years of therapy, anger, shame, guilty, rage, attempt of suicide, alcohol, drugs, all while trying to do a degree with a very low income, in a city far from my family. This album reminds of this period and this remix nearly made me cry, as I listen to it now, 3 years later, I finished my degree with a first class and have secured a stable job as an engineer in the biggest transport company in London. Thank you for this masterpiece, this is surely one of the best I've had the pleasure to listen to. Keep it up. 👏🏻

I used to hear this when I was at the peak of my depression, around august of last year, I used to always cry around 8p.m. hearing this song feeling alone and wondering where my life went wrong, thinking I should have made better decisions and thinking It was my fault and that I was feeling that way for actions I did negatively to the world. thinking I deserved everything that has happened to me, feeling my life wasn't for any use and it would end somewhere soon, now that I have "cured" my depression or I so, by going to therapy and noticing that I wasn't alone just that I made things that made me feel alone, now I think I think very differently and the memories this song brings to me just remind me of those feelings I used to have, a song that has marked a chapter of my life, a reminder of what life is, can and will be, now I can express myself, a more mature version of myself. Remember that you are not alone and if you think that you are alone just sleep tonight knowing someone out there is looking out for you, you just are not looking where you are supposed to.

just wanted to comment on this but I found this video in a very dark part of my life, I started listening to kanye west right around the first donda listening party was out. I didn’t listen to his whole discography yet around this time either but I got recommended this at the time and when I heard this I couldn’t stop listening to it. I also listened to the original song, this edit of the song and the original have a soft spot in my heart. it helped me and my brother bond again and I’m thankful I found this a year ago. I’m so thankful for this edit because it’s really beautiful, I also love the echo on the “maybe someday” part.
