We learn to make clear choices and wiser decisions when we tune in to our Higher self and ask for guidance.
Interesting she mentions balance. I had a sudden thought just “POP” into my head a few years ago - Balance Is The Art Of Life. Since then I’ve realized it’s literally applied to everything in my life and the world. This past March for my birthday I got a yin/yang dragon tattoo with this saying on my arm so I can see it every day because I NEED to see it every day to remember. It’s so easy to get pulled “out” of balance these days and with sooooooo much energy hitting the planet I can feel very tired, sad, depressed one day and super hyper the next, brain zippin 1,000mph with a bizarre queasy feeling in my solar plexus. It’s especially difficult if I go too long without hard exercise and sun/grounding. MOVEMENT is very necessary to burn off this excess high energy we absorb. I’m never sure which energy it is that makes me almost feel sick at times?? MY energy or collective energy or solar energy or ALL of it plus trying to “BALANCE” the 1,000 thoughts a day to make the best choices to help myself, the world continue building new Earth. Add into this woodchipper of life allllllllllll the details of also trying to stay healthy bc we need our physical, mental, emotional health now more than ever to be strong and resilient against all the toxicity in this world. Ugh. I’m pooped!! 😂😂

I'm listening to the No Fault method, and I can only say she's right! I've been following Suzanne for about a year now, and I've noticed I've become naturally more patient, loving, and understanding. One person in particular works at the grocery store I shop at, and he always "annoyed" me for just being himself. So, the next time I saw him, I thought to myself, "I love you" and the next time we interacted, I could feel HIS energy was different around me. It was awesome ❤️

I really enjoyed this. As a former nurse, I have had spiritual experiences and have a want to go deeper but I hesitate to go in a higher meditation. I guess a fear . I do speak to my higher self to help heal a discomfort and it works.
The body mind is very intelligent! I practice at times closing my eyes while I take a shower and observing how my body mind cares for my physical body.

Her experience with Odin is amazing, I really enjoyed that she shared it. I love mythology so her story fascinates me a lot. I once saw Merlin in meditation and felt this feeling of tremendous familiarity towards him to the point where I couldn't help but to cry, like I've always known him somehow. Sadly it didn't occur to me to engage with him further like asking him questions and whatnot.
