  • Thanks for posting, that was AWESOME! Rode there on my solo West Coast motorcycle adventure in 2016, but didn’t get to experience the inside of the park until now! Stay safe….

  • Good suggestion, especially leaving early in the morning. I always combine this and the narrows. I do the angels landing the first day and the narrows the next day as it relaxes my legs as the entire hike is on water 😀👍✌️👌🙏

  • The hike looked great for someone else to do, but not for scaredy cat me. Stunning scenery. Best thing about the video was your wonderful accent. I could listen to you all day. Greetings from Australia.

  • Great perspective on this hike. Todatm we did up to Scott Landing but passed on to top of Angles Landing. Next time for us, we'll be more prepared! Awesome hike though!!!

  • Amazing hike!!! Wow, what a gorgeous day you two had back then. I greatly appreciate the shout-out to people with fear of heights. I personally could not do the top part at all after seeing your video. Safer to find out now then becoming a hazard to other hikers. Loved the video though and yes, my wife and I will plan on taking the hike up to Scout Lookout now.

  • Great video! I am going first week in December and hope the weather is good for it. Got shoe spikes in case of snow.

  • I have an update for your viewers! So we tried to hike up to Scout's Lookout with the kids and then take turns doing Angel's. The rangers for NOT like this plan! They didn't want to allow us to use our permit in this way. Finally they decided to let me and the 3 kids sit right at the beginning of the hike in one spot until my husband got back stating that this meant we had "all begun the hike at the same time". Thank goodness we had permits for the kids or they wouldn't have let us do that! My plan had been to hike around with the kids, be able to take them to the bathroom, etc 🤦‍♀️. Anyway, if you plan to do the parents switching off option I recommend the parents get their permits separately so they aren't connected to each other though I don't know how you would do that exactly since it's a lottery!

  • It looks amazing but I would never hike it. I mean it is not hard at all but all that peoole, that would be too much for me. I go to hike mountains to be alone, not to have hundreds people around me. But I do love watching video from US national parks, they are something special.

  • Done it several times in the ice and snow no crampons. It’s really not that bad just have to take the next step and go in winter when there are much less people

  • 7:31 Hard to tell, but is this a sheer drop here? 20' 100' 300'?

    @lannlann@lannlann2 жыл бұрын
    • Yes, there are a lot of sheer drops throughout the hike.

  • Alot of people have died on this area of the trail... should be closed off

    @1cjherrington@1cjherrington2 жыл бұрын
    • Yep, we should close off all the freeways, hospitals, bedrooms, etc. Basically any place where lots of people have died.
