Fresh Guacamole was originally commissioned by Showtime as part of its "Short Stories" series and first appeared on Showtime's KZhead channel for a period of 1 year (March 7, 2012 - March 7, 2013). 8 years old already. But this is still the best stop-motion I've seen.
This is still the gold standard for stop motion for me, mostly because of the real fine details that are included. And the sound design is just absolute perfection.

What I love most about this, is how it isn’t perfect movements, he leaves small bits behind, cracks a chip, makes it all the more lifelike

People don't realize how incredibly difficult it is to film stop motion like this. This is truly the most magnificent depiction of the animation.
