However, you still have to pay attention to the issue of tankiness. Winter Crown does not give much HP, only 400 HP. Not to mention you may need Conceal (although you can use Encourage instead), plus if you want to use Fleeting Time + Winter Crown, you will become more squishy. Plus there are a lot of new item adjustments, Mages are easier to take down Tanks because of Wishing Lantern + Useless Radiant Armor.
I'm a kda slave so i never use conceal except for lolita
He is a backliner tank tho, not like Tigreal or Khufra even Kaja that has skills/passive that allows for sustain.

Franco doesn't require that much durability anyways. The items are mostly built for utility. Such as the old thunderbelt having mana reg and cdr. Also, the Winter Crown passive will help out a lot. This will allow you to safely flicker onto a damage dealer in the middle of a teamfight.

That's pretty good and works really well with franco's ult duration. although you can't use conceal on franco because the winter crown stole the spot , but conceal franco isn't neccesary everytime anyway so yeah

This will also make Yin's first skill while in ult form broken. While Dyroth, Lolita and Fredrien has slow ult start ups, that can be cancelled by CCs but this item will make them beasts! I mean, these ults were made slow for a reason...They are broken.

Regarding Franko if he goes tank build you can counter him with Akai by pushing all Franko's teamates away (No saving if they have low hp so not really an absolute counter per say)

Some heroes still can save allies, such as FARAMIS, and jawhead, but jaw is a bit difficult in real fights. But the rest is just waiting untill franco cc is over, and probably is the most broken item for franko.

Omg i miss this Franco so much, the ult with this new item really is like Franco ult back then. No matter what happen to Franco his ult still gonna continue. I will definitely use this item for Franco i miss you old Papa Franco😭 Franco right now is too easy for the ult to be canceled, its anoy me so much because the ult have long cd but simple short cd stun ability can ruin it entirely.

This will target some specific heros that now will lean more towards with crown...instead using the invi roam you can choose dire hit or the other one with heal While some heros like atlas doesn't need one his ult is pretty much stable and hard to counter for cancel
the only franco players who need this are the ones that use normal skin, miss their hook, roam alone, flicker+ult when there are many enemies😭

Then what is the meaning of cc to stop powerful combos (Franco's ult, odette, etc.) Franco's control ability is already deadly when he catches targets alone and odette is already not prone to basic cc's. Devs really need to stop playing with items. I mean there is no meaning in bringing update to items every fortnight. For example, why theh added and removed shadow twinblades, why they blocked effevtive cd+lightning combo, why they planning to bring such a powerful item "pandora's box" into game. Additionally, they gave holy crystial 185 mage power( which is higher than old blood wings, and holy crystals passive ads an +35% power on level 15). And then, they nerf Athena's defence to 48 and radiant armor's to 40. From now on, why would someone build radiant? Maybe some can say we have new thunderbelt that can stack good defence , but it doesn't give hp and we have to stack it in long durations. Last but not the least, antique armor having less defence value than dominance ice is a crime.
