Well, what a lot of people don’t understand about war is that, “the loser is always the one on who’s territory the war is fought”, this is why you don’t see America wanting to fight on their continent. Ask yourself when was the last time America allowed a war on their continent? If Russia was such an enemy to the USA, they will not fight Russia through Europe when they share a peaceful boarder with the same country in Alaska, Logistic wise for the USA, wouldn’t it be okay to start conflict with the USA from there? Only fools fight their neighbors at the request of their distant friend.
The US hasn't had to fight a war on the North American continent because its so much more powerful than both its neighbors who are also steadfast allies of the US. If Russia wanted to invade Alaska it could, at huge cost in logistics to get to Alaska to than move through a land that's not even built up at all. Easy way to lose an army.

I wrote: "Ukraine is a system which is completely dependent upon your help (your arms and money), and of course upon the lives of Ukrainian soldiers. Have you guys considered the fundamental problem in all of this? Let's assume you will send Ukraine a package of your arms and money. Ukrainians will use it (by spending a number of their lives). This won't stop the Russians: it will slow them down. (and they will adapt). The situation will remain the same or it will become even worse. You can do that again and again. What you are buying is time (and the price paid is your money, your stuff, and Ukrainian lives). What are you going to do with the time you've bought for Ukrainians? Build factories across the Europe to outproduce Russia, China, North Korea, Iran? At some point you will run out of something (money, arms, Ukrainians, time, political will) and then the system will collapse. Because it's unsustainable. The game is lost. Conclusion: You are playing a losing game at the cost of your money and your stuff, and at the cost of Ukrainian lives." Of course I understand this is a way for some people to make money.
