Not just good on the pitch but also a very good heart and soul he has. Protective and caring with his family and teammates. And very loyal. That's pure gold hardly rare to find nowadays in a footballist mentality. I can bet he never cheated his wife and not the type to hang out in the night clubs.

I'm a Chelsea fan and i love KDB. His goal vs Arsenal in the 2020-21 season(could be wrong) where he scored a site footed volley from outside the box will always be my favourite goal ever. The technique required to do that is just impossible man.

I will never forgive the Chelsea board at the time for letting him go. He was playing really well for us and then suddenly they sell him 18m coz Mourinho didnt fancy him. In 12 months, he came back to the league to a rival and has been the best midfielder in the world since then. How could they not see the talent and ability in this guy man ?

When Kevin played his first games with Genk back in 2009, we all saw that he had something special about him. Of course, good with his feet, knowing where everyone is on the pitch, seeing passlines that no other player at the time could see. I always thought we had a gem of a player back then, although didn't think he would be one of the best in the world. The years after that he only got better before, but Chelsea was not a suitable club for him imo, especially with a coach like Mourinho. But in the end you could say it was the correct choice because simply built up a wonderful career afterwards. I also think that one the big reasons he did so well afterwards at all the other clubs he joined is they did believe in him. Just having the right people around you that believe in you can do wonders, if you already have the talent KDB has of course. Just a wonderful player and person. Greetings from Genk
