- @LisaCulton I have never been to a poor tropical city, but when I was SL, I was told by other travelers that it was like Jamaica away from the resorts. But outside of Freetown, where the land is untouched, it is totally beautiful. Outside of Freetown is where a couple of smart cities are being built.
