Im always confident around everyone, but I can't be confident around *him* I stutter a lot, I blush, I don't talk, I nod my head, I stare at the floor or turn my back to him while he's talking to me, I smiled (but over the years I smirk bc smiling makes it obvious, & i forgot how to smile after awhile)..but yet I'm the confident one. Embarrassing. At school I'm: - The quiet girl - No friends, don't like to talk to people, - Anti-social, - Resting bitch face, I come off with an attitude no matter what I say. - Idgaf girl - I have lots of self control but sometimes I don't like to use it ~~~ @school everyone thinks I'm: - Funny (when I do talk) - A school shooter, - High (bc im always layed back, chill and quiet, moving in slow-mo, I blink slow @ school idk why.) - Confident - Never insecure - Hard as rock, never get my feelings hurt - Annoying bc I never want conversation - "Hard to get" when really I cba to be bothered & I just dont like ppl lol - Taken or talking to someone (when in reality the person I've been wanting to talk to I don't know how to, and my phone only has 2 males in my contacts and one of them is into guys)

Keep your mouth closed, don't say any words or make any noise. Move minimally, and continuously dart your eyes around your area and lock them on the first place they go for a short period of time. Listen closely to the silence. That silence may not be as quiet as you think. Pay close attention to every detail in noise or what's around you. When your gut tells you that THAT moment is time, find something that is calming and silent to achieve. Try not to express to mush or react to things around you. Close your eye ONLY if you aren't moving or thinking and have something to fall limp on. Don't keep your eyes closed for too long.
