Tubbo even tweeted on his priv saying that people need to chill tf out about this situation because he is capable of speaking for himself. Tubbos tweet about this situation: "What i think needs to be repeated: I am more than capable of speaking for myself and stopping things that make me uncomfortable. PSA: CHILL TF OUT" These words are directly from Tubbo. He posted this yesterday on his private twitter account. If he was actually uncomfortable he would've put an end to this long ago. He is in on the joke. He is not mad at tommy. Tommy is not in trouble or going to jail. It's exaggerated for comedy

    • @@adriiiian I know he isn’t “mad at Tommy” because the end of the clip they went and got coffee but just because he isn’t mad at tommy doesn’t mean this is a bit. Tubbo has made it clear he wants to be friends with Tommy but not married to him I’m not talking to Tommy or tubbo they can handle their drama however they want but Tommy is encouraged to keep going and push this to insanity like a legitimate court case if his audience wants it. Just like how tubbo said “my lawyer said if I streamed the court case it would look bad for my case… BUT THE CHATTERS!!!! so yeah I’m getting a 3rd party tv crew to stream the case.” They love their audience and Tommy tried to get tubbos audience to convince him to go along with it and they screamed at him “SIGHN THE PAPERS!!!” They are driven by their audiences Im not going to say anything to Tommy he’s 19 he has empathy and in a few months he will have to do marriage taxes and he will start to see exactly what marriage means. But until then I’m trying to tell those who think this is a joke how wrong they are because it’s not a joke. And even if it is, it’s shouldn’t be.

Tommy still has molly and doesn’t actually have romantic feelings for tubbo, Is legit breaking the law, won’t sighn divorce papers tubbo sent, and keeps trying to convince tubbo not to divorce him with weird obsessive jokes like the Wattpad fanfic and the song. Tubbo told Tommy he was going to sue him when he showed up after purgatory and it has taken MONTHS for him to accept he is going to be sued.

But if he doesn’t then I assume most of his friends and family and Tubbo’s family would make him sign the papers soon enough in hopes that Tom sings the papers and doesn’t get sued because he is genuinely one of my favorite streamers.

I’m 22 and I personally despise how far this “joke” has gone one of my friends adores Tommy and I keep an ear out for his insanity to see if it’s standard kid or dumb guy pranks… this is not that. This is too much in my opinion… like my boyfriend who had a girlfriend told me he loved me to stop me from getting married crazy. We got into a polyamorous relationship because he was desperate to stop me from getting married crazy… this stops tubbo from ever having any chance at a relationship with anyone real, Like ever. I’m still stunned Molly is ok with this. this doesn’t just give Tommy access to tubbos stuff he automatically becomes one of tubbos emergency contacts. Not only that but taxes and hospital bills and insurance plans. Molly just gave up the ability to see Tommy in the hospital in immediate family situations. And vice versa. She just gave up the ability to do joint taxes. Or claim “significant other” on any legal document. It would be different if he didn’t have Molly. I might think it silly that Tommy doesn’t understand the ramifications of what he has done. But he has Molly… and that makes everything about this joke just… too far…

    • @@Airin.. because I am a single crow and i have a single message I nearly got married because i didn’t want to be alone no matter what… I wanted someone bound to me… but that forced a man who was dating someone he had bound himself to so he would never be alone to make a desperate plea to form a polyamorous relationship so I wouldn’t get married… and he has told me if I had gotten married before he knew he never would have spoken up… and it’s not only the concept that drove me! In hospitals your not allowed to have people who aren’t your family with you and I was going through a really tough situation… in marriage there are certain things that are joint automatically… they simply belong to both parties… taxes… debt. It’s not a joke.
