Tottenham's strategy this season is that Son Heung-min spends too much stamina defending. Son Heung-min is a striker. Not a defender. Bolster your defenders. If the attacker is heavily involved in the defense, he has no power to attack.

As much as Son wanted to score, from the crowd's reaction, the crowd wanted him to score as much. it was a beautiful goal, a goal that we've seen so many times over and over again. Kane is just above everybody, his awareness, pass and obvious goal scoring ability.
There are few midfielders in Tottenham who can put a through pass like Kane when Heung-min Son runs. That's why it's hard to score goals with Kane or Son

The understanding that kane and son have on the pitch is underrated. At times sonny just knows it's go time. He was lurking behind the defender ready to go the moment kane won his 1v1. Kane knew son was going to run behind. The best duo in the pl for a reason 💙💙

Tottenham is the strength of the Son & Kane duo. Defenders and midfielders can win any team if they are strong. Throw away the 3 back, and do what you're good at. That way, Tottenham will come back to life. Don't try to go the other way.

There are few midfielders in Tottenham who can put a through pass like Kane when Heung-min Son runs. That's why it's hard to score goals with Kane or Son... The problem with Tottenham's attack is that their midfielders have too few through passes compared to other strong teams. The passing of the midfielder and defense is the problem rather than the attacker...
This game actually proved that the tactic is mostly important to win the game. Ben & Royal, Kane & Son, the two goals are all made by disciplines and tactics. Loved it and would like to ask Spurs coaches to keep on doing this. Not only does Sonny need to be located in the forward area, but also using wing-backs with good quality is important. As several fixtures have demonstrated, Sonny is not excellent at keeping or transporting the ball to the highest area. Rather, he excels in shooting the goal right into the goalpost no matter how far it is from himself. So, I suppose it would be better to use Kane as the ball transporter in the middle and use Sonny as the goal shooter. Also, Richarison is a very talented player. (Think about the goals in the WC) He looks better in Kane position than the wingers. But I also know that Kane is good at so much position that he is irreplaceable. I feel like can understand the complex and contradictory situation on using players in the gaffer's sight.

Big shout out to Emerson. He was fantastic both defensively and offensively. Im a huge critic of his football and im happy to say he is finally improving his game and helping the team. The game featured all the players, well done. Our Emerson plays well in attack and defense, it's great that he scores. I have been observing Davi, quite commending him. He rushes up very fast to catch the ball. This guy did a great job. Kane has an excellent assist; he always reassures me. Richarlison is quite sharp, but his shot is too gentle. Romero is the second name that makes me feel secure, the defense suddenly becomes looser when he is absent. Also I have seen Kulusevski regain his form in this match, he has quality transmissions. My favorite is definitely Sonny. His ability to pick places is amazing. He's still running very fast even though he's over 30. As soon as Sonny scores, I dance and explode. He gives off a feeling of excitement, I don't know what to say. Just like with Bentancur. I keep feeling that when the ball is at his feet, he can immediately score. Oh I hope Bentancur recovers and comes back soon; the game is less good without him. 6 to 8 months is too long for me.
Happy for Emerson and Son! But I have to say, how was 2:04 not a hand ball? I couldn't watch the game, was there something I missed?

Good to see Son scoring but don’t think he can keep this up unless Conte changes tactics. Richarlison was poor today just like Son is normally this season. So is Kulusevski. We have incredible offence line-up but none of them are threatening except for Kane. Hope Conte finds some hints that I don’t know and change something.
I am a fan of Peru and we were at the stadium in the match against West ham and I yelled the goals at the top of my lungs. I love this team. Forever Spurs fan

Team is not good for defense and it gets more severe with Perisic by Conte's strange control. Kane has better ability of key pass and son can finish. Clear evidence why the tactics of Conte were so weired. Do things right and do the right things for the team.

Stellini has his own personal input and contribution. CONTE when you are back and it is noticed thst EMERSON play becomes out of sync than when Stellini was in charge, that will raise an eyebrow and say alot about your input when you were away. Just saying!
Hojbjerg's pass to put Ben Davies in, was the game changer, it was superb, top class, weighted to perfection, Davies and Emerson then combine for a an Emerson goal which perfectly demonstrated what Conte's system can lead to. And to put the icing on the cake. it was left to Messrs Kane & Son, purveyors of finely crafted THFC goals since 2015. I'm so pleased for Emerson, he's been scapegoated by some Spurs fans in much the same way as Moussa Sissoko was a few years back, get behind the players, especially when they're struggling. Special performance from Skipp and old head on young shoulders who is going to become a Spurs legend.

When Perisic starts, so should Richarlison. When anyone bar Perisic starts at Lwb, Sonny has to start. Perisic is obviously the best player we hv for that position, and Richarlison deserves a run in the team. You can’t expect a player to come in and do wonders straight away. At the mo Sesse is injured, therefore I think Richarlison starts against Chelsea and Son can be used as a super sub. This is because with Perisic, Son not only has to be more defensive, but he has to be more centra going forward. Richarlison likes being more central however and can feed off of Perisic’s crossing.
