Hi Friends, today I am sharing watercolor painting of sky, sand and sea. Most of the painting is done wet on wet. If you struggle with this technique please find this demonstration on my patreon, where I explain every step of the way, including how much water to use, what color to mix and how and when to apply your mix. I will show you a few tricks to make painting wet on wet easy and drama free.
Hope you enjoy it. If so, like and subscribe. Come and find me on Patreon to paint together or just to support my art.
Have fun!

Beautiful!
Thank you Monica!
I love this. It reminds me of Joseph Zbukvic's earlier works that is so much better than his newer works in my estimation. I do love impressionism, but I've seen some that I do not like at all. I sort of like Herman Pekel's work but most I don't. I love everything Alvaro Canstagnet does so far. I love your style!
Thank you so much Renee! I agree, I love early Josephs work, it has true feelings. His recent work appears more "mass produced for sale". People buy it because its Zbukvic, not because they like it anymore. BUT I greatly appreciate his skill and talent. He definitely progressed enormously from his early days. In general I like JZ details: his paintings look great from distance and you get rewarded with small beautiful details when you get close; Alvaro's variety of edges and simplification; Herman's ability to find Harmony in any color; Amanda's ability to bring beauty to any regular scene ☺️
❤awesome

Süper Uzaklık harika Emeğine sağlık
Are you working from a photo or sachet h…or is it off the cuff? I have watched this over and over. So talented!
Thank you! This is from a photo but I always change and add my imagination. There is always something I really like about the scene, so I put a stronger emphasis on, change composition a little. This view was from a cliff but I made it from the ground.
Супер!!!
Thank you!
I am new to your Chanel. Your work is lovely and you are very easy to understand and follow. Would you tell me roughly how long it took to do this painting. Thank you so much for sharing you talent and knowledge.
Thank you Gina! It usually takes ah 1.5h for this size, but there is a lot of preliminary work involved: going to the place, sketching on location, planning composition etc... watercolor is very unforgiving if you're are not prepared for the final painting.
❤
Thank you!
Amazing.. what brush are you using for the sky? 1:00
Thank you! Escoda Aquario Gold #18
Really amazing. One begginer question if I may: how do you avoid painting green in skies when blues meet yellowish colors? Ultramarine and y ochre wont get green if I m not mistaken... any other tips?
Thank you! I add a touch of red into yellow, it makes the blue go into grey instead of green if they mix on paper. I also add a touch of red into blue, to get more "natural" looking sky, rather than Cobalt blue, it also helps 👍
@@nvfineartstudio7296 I see, Thank you very much. I enjoy and learn a lot from your videos!

Hi was wondering what detail brush you used for figure and what size awesome painting as usual
Hi Jon, there are two brushes: Escoda Perla #10 and Silver Black Velvet Script #0
I have wanted to learn to watercolor paint since I was a little girl. Now, I am almost 60 and I have the time. But, my paintings are not turning out. They are terrible. Is watercolor something that can be taught or is it only a art talent/gift? Would it help to sign up for your patreon page? Do you have more detailed instruction on that site? Help! I want to learn to paint so badly. Note: Your painting is amazing!
Thank you so much Gail, yes, watercolor is definitely something that can be learned. It's not that hard when you grasp basic principles. My demonstrations are explained in detail on Patreon and there is a number of little tutorials at the beginning of the videos. If you sign up for Master class tier you can also join my FB page where I give very detailed feedback there, you can ask specific questions, sometimes i make tutorials based my patrons questions to explain better.
Hi Nina. Great art. what paper do u use and what colours. ?
Hi, I usually use Saunders ( I recommend it if you are recent to watercolor, it's easier to learn wet in wet on this paper), Arches and BaoHong, always 300gsm and mostly Rough surface. In regards to paints: here is the link to my video about colors I use. kzhead.info/sun/pdNtl8N9aqRskq8/bejne.html
Very nice painting!!! May i ask, what paper do you use and what brush ? Thank you
Hi Anna, for this demo I am using Saunders Waterford 300gsm 31x41cm rough surface. The brush is Escoda Aquario #14
Previoso
Muchisimas gracias Maria!
Would you share the colors you used please. Thank you Very beautiful.
It's a very classy palette: Ultramarine, Cobalt Blue, Cerulean, Alizarin Crimson, Cad Red, Yellow Ocher, B.Sienna, N.Tint and a few opaques: Lavender and Jaune Brilliant#1 from Holbein
♥️👍
Thank you!
Cool!!! That's fucking really cool!!!! Thanks for record this~~

What type of pencil it that that you used when starting this nail painting?
It's Mont Blanc
Thank you so much!💗
