We need a 2020 edition for the Hr draft and the Ks draft because nobody ever uses that season for obvious reasons and I think it needs its shine
Fr
Luke voit for the 1-1
Shane Bieber comes to mind right away
@@dominicpancella3012technically the all time k/9 record lol
2020 roster challenge. Rotation and lineup
Shoutout to Joez, this episode. He balled out before that last pick lol
to be fair, Erik Bedard and Dylan Bundy were Joez only way of winning, and only had 1 year available. if Shelfy got Archer's best year then Joez would have been fucked trying to think of Bedard
for anyone wondering, Dylan Bundy 2018 had 184 strikeouts, which Joez would have won by 1 strikeout with. Erik Bedard as shown at the end was the only other available pick (and a much harder one to think of) that Joez could have won with
The Archer pull was incredibly clutch. Well done! 👍
100K JOLLY OLIVE
I want a HIGHEST ERA draft video. Who can put together the worst team?
I can’t believe Kimbrel and Ray didn’t get picked
I mean especially Ray. It was recent and he won the Cy Young
Couldn’t have been yelling ‘21 Robbie Ray louder the entire episode 😢
Pulling Archer out at the end was crazy
Lucas needa be in one of these as a contestant
This was an absolute banger of an episode. Shelfy coming in CLUTCH
Who were the two Oriole's pitchers that could have won the game for Joez? Edit: 2018 Dylan Bundy - 184 2007 Erik Bedard - 221 (2000 Mike Mussina had 210 but was already picked for a Yankee year)
I love this new addition where you mention scores to tie or beat for the last round. Great stuff!
please make more pitching strikeout drafts i love these videos
2017 Craig Kimbrel... shocked it wasn't a choice lol 126 ks
Please invite UrinatingTree over for the NL Central! He'd be great to have in a video! 😂
I know he watches baseball and makes great videos but i don't know if he has enough knowledge. However i think that is even more value.
@@cthefro He's a Pirates fan, so he should be fine with the NL Central.
love the content fellas keep it up
Let’s get a randomized wheel going! Give us the live spins for which position, which stat, and from which division!
This was the most electric episode yet. Love this trio
That was an amazing episode!
I hope no one plays a drinking game where you drink every time Jolly says “crazy”. Fastest path to alcohol poisoning I’m aware of.
Damn this episode was good asf!
Mr Olive I appreciate your content during trying times.
These are so fun to watch
How many times did I say “Erik Bedard” out loud watching the end 🤣🤣 many times! Hahah
haha same! i was yelling ‘07 bedard, first year i got into fantasy baseball, he was on the squad and i remember all the Ks , think he got traded to Seattle after that and never did anything close to that year again
WOW what a great video!
David price not getting picked is shocking to me.
Ikr
He was really good but there are better ray picks. Not the year but all the pitchers taken had better seasons.
I had 2018 Dylan Bundy in my mind the whole time Joez left O's starter open
Hell of an ep
Loved that pull from Shelfy and his whole draft. Price didn’t get that many Ks for the rays?
I kept shouting Bedard 2007, and I only remember it because that season got Seattle to trade AJ and Tillman for him
Congratulations on jolly for hitting 100k ♥️
I thumb up this content before it even loads. Great stuff
Would have loved to see a best possible rotation at the end
clutch ending
that Chris Archer moment was amazing lol
love these videos lol poor joez
Shelfy's Chris Archer pull was insane!
what a rough ending for joez. He was so good
I was screaming 2017 Kimbrel!!!!
We need this for the JM FOOTBALL CHANNEL PLEASE!!!! 😭 Same concept, only OFFENSE players 2 QB 2 TE 2 WR AND 2 HB and it’ll be the yards from the position QB(passing) TE & WR(Receiving) HB(Rushing) only
I can’t wait for NL West, there’s a lot of good ones in there that might trip these guys up!
Joez choke at the end hurt everyone
Shelfy is incredible at this
We need the best overall team someone could of selected from each team. I commented this on last video too. I'm really curious what are all the best pitchers years, same thing with the homeruns best lineups
They go by division first. Then do an all teams 2000 century
Not 100% certain on relievers but I'm pretty sure. I know it would be better in the video but here. Red Sox - '17 Sale (308) and kimbrel (126) Blue jays- '21 ray (248) and '01 kelvin Escobar (121) Rays- '15 archer (252) and '18 yarbrough (128) Yankees- '22 cole (257) and '14 betances (135) O's- '07 bedard (221) and '04 ryan (122)
If you don't count guys that started a couple games then it's brad boxenger for rays and Sam gaviglio for Toronto
I have the 2007 Bedard year engrained in my memory lmao
For Joez, the ends justify the means.
I was screaming Kimbrel.
Was yelling Gausman at the screen for Toronto
Needed to pull out Bedard!
Screaming 2017 Craig Kimbrel the whole time
Everyone's sleeping on 2021 Robbie Ray
Thats about as "Joez" as an ending as i could have imagined lmaoooo
Thought Joez was about to say Jim Palmer 1975 for the W
was totally waiting for joez to go 2017 sevy ftw, sad times
I was screaming 2017 Chris Sale
Counting yarbrough as a reliever feels weird, 38 games 147 IP although only 6 starts
I was screaming kimbrel this entire time
I tried guessing pitchers that hadnt been guessed and got 3 behind joez lmaoo 2018 sevy had 220 2015 aaron sanchez had 61 2023 eflin had 186 2018 bundy had 184 2011 lester had 182 2015 andrew miller had 100 2017 kimbrel had 126 2022 jason adam had 75 total 1134
My picks in before starting the vid... SP - BAL - Mike Mussina 2000 - 210- SP - BOS - Curt Schilling 2004 - 203 SP - NYY - Gerrit Cole 2023 - 222 SP - TB - James Shields 2008 - 160 SP - TOR - Roy Halladay 2007 - 139 MR - BAL - Zack Britton 2016 - 74 MR - BOS - Jonathan Papelbon 2007 - 84 MR - NYY - Mariano Rivera 2009 - 72 Total - 1,164
It’s crazy watching this show when you actually know the answers. I’m a pitching girl and have pretty much every 240+K season memorized. Just screaming Chris Sale, then Chris Archer, then Robbie Ray. I would kill for an all time round. I would also kill an ERA game.
I figured out it was simce 2000, but you never said it before you started
Poor Joez, just cant catch a break!
i wish i could have done this i would have had ryan in the pen and chris archer.
Most RBI’s lists would be fun and then pitcher wins. Who can form the winningest team?
shelby pulling chris archer outta his ass for the win might just be the most insane thing i’ve seen on this channel
kzhead.info/sun/htqhlZenrpOunIE/bejne.htmlsi=BwWB4XmpmcvgDRZl
The ending of this one was also pretty nuts
Shelfy might be the GOAT
Robbie Ray?!?!? Dude is a strikeout pitcher!!
Everyone forgot about Sevy
How about a draft of only dead-ball era?
Joez Throwz
I think a pitcher win rotation would be better then doing Ks
I thought Sale 2017 would have went first then I got scared he wouldn’t get drafted
WE NEED MORE LOVE FOR NL WEST
2017 severino
I was screaming Erik Bedard throughout this video. How do you miss him as an O’s fan?
Chris Tillman (who we got back in a trade for him) was named, but no Bedard
Jolly was kidding he’s a Mets fan not Orioles fan
Joez finds a way to come in last.
CC had 3 seasons with 200 on the Yankees lol
Whoever has the first pick should pick the best players but the wrong season on purpose so they’re off the board. That’d be funny
First round should have been all bad years of betances, sale, and Martinez.
Yes lol
Insta-like. Okay time to watch the video now.
Joez getting screwed today in Guts and this. It's alright Joez, you're still our favorite.
Joez defeat made me way happier probably than it should have 😂
Doug Censor Martin would be proud of Joez
David Price???
Erik Bedard?
Roger Clemens exists btw
Most people think clemens in the 90s. CC and Cole both had better highs than clemens in the 2000s.
Reliever strat is not efficient at all. A good reliever season vs bad reliever season is a swing of like 40, starters the swing can be 200.
2017 or 2018 Luis Severino
Matt kilroy 1886 wins the show
2008 Joba Chamberlain big miss if he counts as a reliever
Jolly tried to throw early but Joez threw it all late.
David Price?
For the rays the best price season is only higher than the shield pick however the best shields season is better than the best price season. He would have been better though than Beckett.
My Lineup SP 2007 Scott Kazmir - 239 --------------------- Rays SP 2018 Rick Porcello - 190 ------------ Red sox SP 2003 Andy Pettitte - 180 --------------------Yankees SP 2018 Dylan Bundy - 184 ----------------- O's SP 2008 A.J Burnett - 231 ---------------- Blue Jays RP 2008 J.P Howell - 92 ----------------------Rays RP 2023 Michael King - 127--------------- Yankees RP 2013 Koji Uehara - 101 ---------------- Red Sox TOTAL 1344 1st place
2018 yarbrough shouldn’t count as he made 3 starts in that year. I would replace him with 2004 BJ Ryan (122 strikeouts)
I'm assuming they did most games as a starter or reliever but I do agree.
The vast majority of the City Connects are nothing more than a tacky money grab to expand the apparel line. The Padres in particular make me wanna commit. They look like they sent the Clubbie to Myrtle Beach and that what they came back with.
Joez with an all time choke 😂😂😂😂 ripppp
Dellin Betances, big miss!
Just like they did with the HR drafts when they were neglecting the recent juiced ball years, these guys are neglecting the recent Three True Outcomes playstyle. Quit trying to guess early 2000s!
2018 Dylan Bundy would’ve given joez the win by 1……
Underrated pick but not a strikeout guy yennier cano great but no ks
