This is the best parmesan bread recipe ever! I've been baking it for years. The Italian parmesan Oregano bread I make for my family using Subway's style toasting technique. It's crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. And, of course, it's super tasty. And the house smells so good while it's baking. My friends always ask for the recipe. The secret ingredient? Parmesan cheese and oregano. So easy to make! You'll never want to go shopping for bread again after watching this video! I'm going to show you how to make a delicious Italian parmesan oregano bread that you can make in your kitchen with just a few simple ingredients.
Here is the detailed recipe with step by step instructions.

  • the 2 cups of bread flour and 1 cup of water is that a correct ratio?

    @jeljiongco1809@jeljiongco1809 Жыл бұрын
    • Hi Jel, this is the ratio I follow. The ratio can be changed due to flour type. My suggestion starts kneading by slowly adding the water, and stop when you achieve the desired consistency. Let me know if this works.

  • What if we use normal flour ?

    @Madame686@Madame6862 жыл бұрын
    • Should be fine , just see the flour raise enough and you may need to monitor the bread first time so that it won’t bake too much. M advise to spray little water inside the oven before baking the bread.

I am working mom, so most of the time my schedule govern by the other priorities. But I know it is all excuses. I am working on it. I am sure the more I do share the recipes the more followers I will have. You in a way reminded me to do better. 😊 thank you for that.

    @naturesbeauty8001@naturesbeauty8001 Жыл бұрын
    • Hi, instead of powder yeast you can use homemade sour dough. But frankly I never tried a bread without yeast. But if I get any recipe I will share across.

    • @@mywaytocook.foodblog The recipy in the link is not in metric, cup is not a metric unit nor is teaspoon or tablespoon. The video description says 1 tablespoon of sugar while video says 1 teaspoon of sugar. Also description says 1 tablespoon of salt which is probably an error as it's about 3 days worth of how much a person needs.

  • I noticed that you have 1 tablespoon of salt in recipe but in the video you never add salt what's up with that?

    @tonycusick6575@tonycusick65752 жыл бұрын
    • Thank you for pointing out. Please add one teaspoon of salt or as per your taste. But it is completely optional.
